It's not impossible, there's one around at the start of the game (Iliasu Shilla). It's just really rare.

I'm Milan and I signed him. Scout suggested I buy, looked at his stats and couldn't exactly say no.. Haha!

Will post screenshots of him after each season.
 
My first post on this forum, been looking at this thread for a while now as a guest, so I thought I would show off some of my regens:D All of these regens are 4.5* or above except 2 or 3 whichare 4*, the last three English players are the best I have gotten through my academy so far:D (sorry, didn't realise there was so many, got a bit excited:P)

Ponce is currently the best back in my save game. He is almost at his potential, but still a world class back.

Flack is my number 10. Great attributes for his position, he still has a star of potential ability to full. Can't wait to see him when he is fully developed.

Doubai is my box-to-box midfielder, it was a steal. He has reached his full potential and has a modelproffesional character.

de Vries is my rightback. Buyed him for 15 mil from Ajax. Central defender is also a natural position for him, but it is a shame he only has 10 jumping.

Pretty excited to see how this guy progresses... my only 5star potential in a club with lots of good players!

Hopefully should be England's future #9.

These guys are pretty darn good.

Check Simon Evers - he's only 17 at the time of this screen shot. Hid determination and work will make even more of a maniac than he already is. Will post another shot of him a few years down the road...

Same for Kloetstra - class keeper.

In all seriousness though, monstrous player for me, won Euro Golden Boy two years running now, won all the World awards in 2018/19 after winning the World Cup with England and should've got them this year if it wasn't for Messi. (at 32, really?)
