a 16 year old striker.

although he has 7 finishing, he is 16 and will improve.
everything else seems good enough so at 18/19 im sure he could be a wonderkid (god i hope so)

A little off topic here: how is it that everybody gets great regens? yet mine are a pile of tosh... does it have something to do with the Youth Acadamy thing (upgrading it) or is it something to do with teh clubs reputation? (as you can see from my Jose post - i am in teh premier league as coventry and won it last season - by a big point gap)

here are two more regens that i have brought... the keeper was a decent price, but i am a litte uneasy on the defender - £20 mill for an untested player (could be dodgey)

He probably would see his **** marked very often :p

I have a player exactly like this. The Heskey Type.

I've been managing Middlesbrough for 12 years so I've collected afew in that time!

This first lot of players all graduated from the club's youth academy.

This second lot were all transferred to the club.

Signed from Portsmouth @ 16 for £1.5M

Signed from Real Madrid @ 23 for £15.5M

Signed from Newcastle @ 16 for £2.2M

Signed from Man City @ 16 for for £3M

Signed from Bursaspor @ 19 for £9M

Signed from Barcelona @ 22 for £15M

Signed from Ergotelis @ 16 for £200K

what training do you use???

what training do you use???

I don't fiddle around with the training settings too much, I usually don't bother creating individual training schedules for instance.

I just make sure I've got the best coaches and make sure they all know what they're suppose to be doing.

My staff (They're mostly regen's)

regen i found, at 15 yo

sadly hv to wait 2 years till he come, eagerly waiting..

How do we find regens? How do we know that they are not part of the real clubs ? ;/

you can tell by the faces (they're this horrible 3D version) and by the year they joined their first club (if they joined after 2011-2012)

Well there should be some other way cause its hard D:

Tho i ticked the only real players on my database, so i wont get these regens?

This one popped into my youth team just now, in 2011, must train his mental stats well though :S

You have the best regens i ve seen in a while :D

They're nice but you must have missed all mine on the last page. (H)

Re-gens are brand new players the game creates and adds to your game's database on certain dates every year, you know at the start of every season on the day you set your transfer budget there's always a message that says something like "These players have graduated from the academy" or something like that? They're re-gens.
