Ok, this tactic was great.. But after 20 games, it didnt worked at all.. In 8 games we won 1 game.. I have been at 1st place all season..
I changed to a really simple tactic, only 3 shouts and no PI or OI. And after 5 games we won 4 and 1 draw. Maybe i try it in Serie A next season, dont know yet.

WOW..Great to see this tactic again. Played this in fm15 till I bought fm17.
great results with Bristol Rovers and made them the best team in the World!

So far looking good on my Arsenal save, just beat Liverpool away 1-5. Guys if it's not working perfectly for you as you expected try watching games and figure out what your team could be doing better (e.g.: sometimes if my team isn't capable of breaking down opposition defense I put wingers on attack instruction and remove 'more disciplined' instruction).
