Okay, so how many games is it that I should give the team to get used to the formation? So far it's been 11, playing as Crystal Palace in the Championship, and I have drawn 6 and lost 5. I think you might be wrong about it working with any team, unless you have any amazing signings that you recommend I make.

Suggestions?

Good tactic, struggled to get it going with arsenal, im not sure why, but thought i'd stick with it and gave it a go with man city.played 9 games won 8, lost to man u on the 1st day of the season. signed santa cruz&srna and have been very impressed with both.Any other tips?

played a season with this tactic with man city....came fourth, done well till xmas but fell away...only lost 5 games drew 12, good tactic the only problem i found was that the AMC hardly ever got a good rating, tried elano, robinho, ireland in the position but ended up getting rid of them all at the end of the season... changed and went to a 4-4-2 but have the wingers as AMR and AML as opposed to ML and MR...keep u posted

Im new on the forums but just wanted to thank you for this tactic,ive been looking for a decent tactic last week and most of them didnt turn out positive.
btw Im Playing man city atm 2nd season first season ended 4th with alot of tactic switching,now im 3rd and won on anfield with 2-1,so thanks again and we will see how long this tactic last

used this tactic from october onwards only losing to Valencia(away) and Man Utd(home) up until early february and i havent won for 5 games now.

And are you using robinho as striker,I tried robinho for like 10-15 games but he still misses too much in my opinion,dont have any other spots left in my squad for him since i have ashley yound on right and petrov left

im conceding goals for fun. tweaked the defence myself conceded only 2 in 6 but then i just played 2 games and lost 3-1, and 2-0(N) oh well im still doing great

but about unbeaten Arsenal its so true what ive said mate. if i were a attention ***** i create hundreds of "never lose" tactics, for big teams lol. and they all would work only for one reason - cuz they got bunch of world class players. ya me is big creator! me have Aguero Fabregas Ronaldo Messi me never lose! so lazy way...dont even try to mean it dude, i will always be negative to guys who show up with "I always win with ManU" threads. pitch of salt bud

now if u rly want to be helpful why dont you share a tactic which actualy works? when you rule the world with one of the best team in the world does that mean that you are good manager? i dont think so...such a forum spammer in my eyes.

Heres a little update on how Im going in my game.

Im currently managing Wolves...

1st season; won the championship
2nd season; finished 4th in the PL
3rd searson; finished 2nd in the PL, knocked out in quarterfinals in CL by Inter.
4th season; finished 2nd in the PL, knocked out in semifinals in CL by Man Utd.
5th season; Currently on top of the table unbeaten so far. On top in the CL groupstage.

I think this is a great result for Wolves and it prooves the tactic is no ONE SEASON WONDER... it really works.!!

i really have no clue how you people manage to win against big 4 with low teams like QPR or Volves. not even mentioning crushing victories like with 3 or 4 goals difference. im currently managing Hull and see no hope to get into top half. just had some matches against ManU where ive been hammered 3:0 and Arsenal where i was doing pretty good till minute 50 when adebayor scored a header, then Eboue for one more header at min 52 and finaly Vela with one more header at minute 56. and thats not even end of story. he made me to capitulate and drop **** low teams forever after 30 yards strike at 82 min. btw did i meantioned that this is my second attempt with Hull while my first was total dissaster? relegated badly, scored 30+ while conceded over 80! how cool is that

Its about luck aswell I think,sure a good tactic will help alot but you will need someluck aswell during the game,for example I did a small test with man city vs man utd,I saved before the game started and played like 4 games,all of them had different results,I won 1 lost 2 and 1 draw.
