I got one on FMC, he's called Paulo and he's black with cornrows (which I'm the opposite of lol) He's mixed Italian/English nationality (my picked team is Inter) and I'm his favoured personnel with "father" shown. Considering it took 15 seasons in-game to unlock him in FMC I can only imagine how long it would take in the full game *shudders*
Meh I had one on Fm 2012 after about 5 seasons, I guess it's just random and a low chance of happening
