Has deputised brilliantly whilst Hitzlsperger has been out, with Ashley Williams having to come into the midfield and the long-term absence of Morgan Schneiderlin. In a bad month, be performed bravely and with pride.

My view: It's been a poor month. We must improve next month, though to be fair to the lads, it has been a very hard run of fixtures.

Fans view: We need to start winning games or we could get sucked into the relegation battle

Board's view: Our league form needs to get better and we expect points next month.

Has finally started living up to his fee, scoring goals and putting in great performances, his goal tally now at 5 for the season, 4 this month.

My view: We have recovered well from our blip after I held a successful team meeting. We are in an amazing position in the league and need to hold on to that. Players are finally starting to hit top form, with Jay Rodriguez and Dempsey finally getting amongst the goals after a long barren spell.

Fan's view: Our victory against Norwich was superb and we are delighted with that result. However, we want to make it known that our defeat at West Ham was not acceptable.

Came runner up in PL player of the month and has been a real creative force, with a goal and 3 assists this month.

My view: We are doing fantastically, our league form is great and we are exceeding all expectations. Plus, our January signings are settling in fantastically well.

Fan's view: We are delighted with the way we've been performing in the league.

Boards view: We are pleased with our league form, but the situation regarding Clint Dempsey has worried us slightly.

His hat-trick against Chelsea was sensational and he has fitted in perfectly in the team.

My view: We shouldn't have lost at West Brom but we made up for that silly loss by trouncing Chelsea and Arsenal. We are doing fantastically in the league, and our drawing Wolves in the semi final gives us a great chance of winning the cup, thereby qualifying for Europe.

Fan's view: We are delighted with our 4-1 victory over Chelsea, but we would like to make our discontent known at the defeat at West Brom.

Boards view: We are pleased with our recent league form.
