Honestly I don't know how people don't have success with this tactic.
And it doesn't work at all if you are going to be using it on holiday mode,this is because of many things.
1.Amc is the playmaker and it changes every other game.And assistant doesn't change that,also assistant plays his own formation for certain time periods,usually a 442.
2.Also,the tweaks which have to be made,e.g.-dropping amc to mc when playing against a dm,decreasing mc mentality if midfielders are going to further ahead and leaving team susceptible to counter.(NEW TWEAK-DROP MENTALITY BY 3 CLICKS)
Even in my united save,where I was on an unbeaten season,without loosing a game,my assistant,massimo tagliani or something lead the team in 15 games and lost 8 or 7.only doing well when he played his 442.
2.I do not know why you are saying it exploits the match engine.I really don't know so much about the match engine to exploit it.Only thing I reckon I did knowingly was the corner setting,I knew it was a great ball to play onto the near post and used it,but if you see my version,you will see,I do not cheat by putting all players on lurk,rather I put the bigger players on other positions so that there better markers mark my main men and so my player with good anticipation and heading,who is short comes in at the near post marked by a small player and he can head it in.(i got this idea since we have mark men,mark tall and mark small,so if i put in other tall players,oppositions best headers will mark my tall players.)
And it does not even work like cheat,i only get about 30 goals a season,with the 2nd team coming in at 22 or 23.And I don't believe that is cheating.
And yes I did take permission from Mr.Hough,and he even asked me for the link to the tactic on SIGAMES forums and I was asking him for feedback but he said he dint get time to try it as he is busy trying to make his own.
If you look at the tactic now,you will see there are very few settings in the tactic which are the same as that in the original tactic as I have tweaked almost everything other then team instructions,which I am doing at the moment.
And yes,I'm on the course of building a new tactic from scratch but I don't think I will be able to make anything before the end of June at the earliest as my mid semester exams in my Uni began this week and after mid terms I will be very busy with studies and get very little time till June.
But yes I will make a new tactic from scratch,but as you can see in this tactic,it has a lot of handwork,in the changed player instructions on almost all the players.
I never tried to tweak tactics before as I though I would not be any good at it.until recently where I tried and it started working,since it did though I will try my hand at making a tactic from scratch.Even though I am playing since Cm4,which is set in the 02-03 season,i never made tactics after fm10,where i realized I could download them,so yes I am a bit rusty.
Anyways,when I am done making it,you will be one of the first person I send it and then you can test it without going on holiday

And to others,I did tweak the problems from counter,Just put ur dm to one or two clicks back,maybe even 3.In home games you don't need to,but in away games,you can drop the mentality by 2 notches at least.It will help them stay back.Atm,I have increased the mentality of the amc to full and also his creative freedom.I have also increased his passing to the highest level of short passing and it is going very well for me,though I drop it in games where he can't be an influence.I have tried with it Lazio,where some GRENIER was on loan,he is a pretty good in the second season and he has got 3 MoM's in 4 games.So you could try that tweak as well.Cheers.And I am playing with the mentality of RIGHT FB increased by one.
