So I have been using the 4-2-3-1 for the Euro 2016 with Serbia.And I just won it with a 123rd minute winner against Italy.
I know it seems pretty easy,but mind the fact my squad was missing gojko kacar,nemanja matic,milos Krasic,zoran tosic,radoslav petrovic,darko lazovic and my best striker(regen) ivic a kovacevic,branislav ivanovic.
This happened as I holidayed till may 30th when the euro squad selection was,little did i know i could only choose the 23 players in my team at that time and not 23 from the national pool.
Thus having to play the Euros without 6 starters(kacar,magic,krasic,tosic,ivanovic and kovacevic) was a HUGE blow.

And the Euros started that way with a 1-1 draw at Slovenia where we were ****

and a 0-0 draw against Holland.

Next game against France,who were leading then,and I was expecting to crash out,but the shift in team(playing a rather slow striker with good movement instead of a quick player who is not comfortable playing as one) led to us destroying France 4-2.

After that came round 2 with Turkey,on the 5th minute I had my Lb sent off for a penalty.Needless to say hopes looked dim,but we gotta penalty ourselves in the 2nd half before ripping them apart with counters late on-when i got in the speedier player on bench to play as a winger.

Next was Germany,playing the same formation as Turkey and effectively me,the 4231(both Turkey and Germany though had mc instead of the dm in mine).
So we started playing and it was a comfortable victory where i even got to rest players after half time.3-1.

Next came Belgium and we thrashed them 4-1!

And lastly in the finals,,we met italy.They were 1-0 up at halftime.The slow striker was playing ****,so I played this striker who has decent pace n all but not breathtaking pace instead of me.But soon after restart we went 2-0 down.Subotic+Rajkovic=penalty or error for sure.I don't know why this is as they are both splendid defenders by stats.
Then djuric scored from amc in the 70th.And just when it looked like it was over,in the last minute of injury time the striker scored from a counter and assist by tadic on the left.Extra time was boring and again on 123 minutes from a corner for italy,scepovic turned his defenders,took on two men before slotting it home!And Serbia are the Champions!

I never write about my achievements in so much detail.But this was the most special thing ever,in previous FM i have won even the WC with equal teams,but the thing which pleased the most was that:
1.this was not one of the best teams in Europe
2.It had 7 starters from the dominant Serbs in the qualifiers missing.
And this team made up of a lot of **** players,did it.
As you can see opposition had lots of shots but most of them were long shots,I used the dm tweak and the amc tweak and this tweak on the FB-which has just been used here and needs some more time to be known whether it is good or bad.
And the dm tweak is something which should be done only if your team is playing against a team which plays on the quick counter or against teams stronger then you,otherwise you can just play with the normal dm settings.
Oh and I forgot to say,my amc,djuric scored twice and laid down 4 assists in 4 games,and in the other game that ljacic played he won the penalty against france and laid an assist.
Ljajic played the first two games,and was ****,and that easy why the whole team was ****.AMC is very important for the team.
