Not so many goals against it the last matches. Once the team is 100% on every part of the tactic I will start to look at how I concede, but it looks really solid.

So tell me what kind off problems are you having?THey are creating too much?or are you creating too less?or both?Can you tell me how they are creating?like through balls,corners,wings,then I can help with the tactic,p.s.-did you change anything with the tactic as it came??if not which FB is doing better right or left?and one more question,how are the opposition creating?midfield of theirs getting too much space?is your am being out of the game?i.e. not influential?

I combatted away game blues by doing this,following my home game teamtalks to my away game teamtalks,i realised that teamtalks make the biggest difference.Try that and let me know how it goes.

What a tactic this is mate! Really impressive,scoring goals for fun,playing nice football, even vs. stonger teams. Masterpiece! Every player in my team is playing very well, just my AMC is underperforming. Had Modric there, he hasn't been so good - 1 goal and 4 assists in 15 games with an average rating 7.27. Then I used Hazard - same results, not so impressive as is should been. Then I changed player instructions: mentality to attacking,creative freedom to much,run from deep often,run with ball sometimes,cross sometimes and from byline, unticked hold up ball. It is little better then before, but still not so good. Is there anything I could do? Or this role is just not as good as others? Thanks

Allright,so heres the deal,is your am finding it difficult in games against dm s?????Making him more attacking may result in loss off effectiveness.If you use the instructions,you are using,you can try moving him to mc with your instructions and removing him from playmaker.Just a test,i havent gotten time to play lately,but I will look into it,in my team amc was playing really well.Even he was the biggest assist maker and goal scorer.

By this time most of the individual team talks leave half the players still ****** off, some switched off and the rest motivated.

I have tried the tactic and it looks good. I also decided to use the basis and just change formation, just like what you did with Mr H. basiclly, I made a asymmetric 451 using DC-DC-DR---WBL-DMCL---MCR-MR--AML-AMC--FCright and a 4411 with AMC and a FCright, both getting really good results. The only chnages I made besides the chnage in position was a slight change in mentality( the DMCR moved into MCr got 30 % less mentality) and a change in wide play ( any winger dropped into MR/L with a Mc next to him gets huge the touchline( with the ball)

if they become angry and they play well,say passionately very happymif even after the they are ****** off,they will still play well.
or at least they did in my game.
In my swansea save,they reacted a lot to that and also in my united save.
My team talk guide is solely from my experience playing FM,not from anywhere,different players react differently.
But in my experience players even if they are angry after a team talk its not that bad,but if they are demotivated thats a problem.so only bug them if their reaction leads to drop in morale,you know from superb to v.good etc.are you getting me?I will also suggest trying calmly did well to all if you don't like them getting angry,but then u risk complacency in the 2nd half.basically what I'm saying is even fit hey are angry,they are not complacent,u getting me?

Started a West Brom save to test your new version of the tactic, only made 2 signings so far, Ruben Yettergard Jenssen (training him to play CAM) & Anthony Mounier.

We lost our 1st game of the season away at Norwich 3-2 (conceded 2 from set pieces & a 30 yard wonder strike ). Next up was Liverpool at home, drew 1-1 even tho we had Jonas Olsson sent off after 2 mins, we dominated the game, scoring 1st but again conceded from a set piece

So, onto our 3rd game, a 2nd round Carling Cup tie at Hillsborough. Played my 2nd string team along with a few youth players & this is what happened.

Considering the tactic isn't even half fluid yet the football we play on the break is quality, we do look dodgy at the back at times but being a Baggies fan i'm used to that in recent years XD

Looking forward to seeing how we do once the tactic is fully fluid, i'll keep you posted

mate see the new corner routine,keep two wingers in forward.and get everyone else to mark tall and man mark n if they are really poor in the air mark small and two of the worst headers(excluding wingers on the post)keeping two wingers forward is key for quick counters.
So try this,and let me know

Just played 3 games with your tactic and it's working a treat so far. I'm managing newcastle in 2019 and this tactic is absolutely class. Beat Schalke 3-1 in the champions league semis. Dominated possession and had 68% of the ball. Over 20 shots in the game. The next game was against liverpool. was pretty even game in terms of chances created but I beat them 2-0. Just played the semis return leg and I drew 1-1 but I rested a lot of players since they were on yellow card. It looks like its going to be a great tactic. I'll keep you updated how I do with this tactic

Heyyup mate, I've been using your tactic with Blackpool and I thought I'd gove you some feedback. SO first two games we lost 2-1(h) to Burnely and 4-2(a) to Reading. I decided to carry on to see if things would pick up and it sure has. We currently sit top of the table after 33 games leading 2nd and 3rd by 15points. Thats not the only thing as we also won the league cup by beating Accrington(h) 4-0, Brentford(h) 4-2, Norwich(a) 3-2, SUNDERLAND(a) 2-1, LIVERPOOL(A) 2-2p, Reading 6-5 on aggregate in the semi's then finally we beat Arsenal in the final, 5-2!

I'm using one of Raikan's tactics from a few months ago, and with Swansea I managed to come 2nd in the first season, won the FA cup and League cup, with some decent signings, just managed to win the league with a 10 point lead and I also got to the semi's of the CL and won the FA cup, so it's definitely possible

mate if it wasn't possible then I would not have been able to do it. :O
But thing is I don't get any decent signings,that is the fun part
And I won everything,and also sorted my initial problems with the defence out.
and all my conceded goals were due to mistakes by the **** defenders or corners or mistakes by form,rarely the tactic itself.
