With the 343 does anybody know if the wingbacks actually have to be defensive players or can you play wingers in this position? For instance could you play the likes of sterling, valencia, lucas moura etc in the wb position.
 
I'm using fullbacks on those positions but I guess you could use wingers there since they do come forward a lot and put a lot of crosses, but I think only if you have really good CB's

This is my second season. In first I haven't used this tactic and I haven't bought any players.

In this second season I bought too players but only one is in club second I send on loan.

Unfortunately we lost from Inter because we got red card in first half (direct) and penalty for them in second.

Only problems with tactic are this. Lots of yellow cards (got to be careful) and strikers isn't scoring much, he is not great but with some tactics he scored much more (look how many goals from penalties)

Other than that tactic is fantastic.

I am using OI's from someone on this forum. Not sure who.

Training I keep on attacking.

As you can see I have a pretty small squad so I had to rotate much and some of my players had to go outside there positions.

But all in all very good results.

Defense fantastic, good in attack and very consistent.

How did you choose in which position they play? Like, for example, Kucka: is better as DM or CM?
And did you train players in tactic position?

first of all I sold Kuco right at the start of first season. and in first season I haven't used this tactic. but if you want you can make Kuco and Poli dm. and I like to use Gabbia in that position.

and in second season I bought Riedewald from Ajax for that position. and that is only player new that played that second season.

I train them in positions they play
