I know. But I cant find the link to the tactic maybe because I dont have a account, our the autor never uploaded a tactic and just posted some screenshots.
Hopefully Crossroader can find it out when he uses his account?

Actually there is no tactic in link you sent, there is only screen which he posted. I translated all comments and author doesn't share name of tactic he is playing. FM is not only tactics, if you can handle your team and manage it good, results will come. Couple of months ago somebody posted a screen from china forum, Ronaldo scored around 160 goals - unfortunately it was just a screenshot again.

This 433 is off the chain, and finally a 4Def formation that works fine

If it fits to your team and you have players for Knap's 433, its working so good. I've tried it with Boro with not big success, but playing with Sheff Wed or Bournemouth results are much better for a lower division team.
