Time's running out on Wenger.

He reportedly has close to £80m to spend, so why won't he ******* spend it? He's obviously lost the plot.

And IMHO, the boos at the end of the game were probably justified. ****, I would've thrown celery or tomatoes...

<awaitingbashingfromjossorsomeoneelse>

so u are one of them that want Wenger to be Fired.

stfu :P

Ihatefish - Not going to bother with bashing tbh. It's boring and gets us nowhere. But where you've got 80m from I have no idea.

No, you misinterpreted what I said. I never said that Wenger needs to be fired. He needs to find a solution to this problem and fast. He said himself that money to spend on 'top quality' players is there, yet he insists on bringing in unproven youngsters. I'm just questioning his transfer policy and why he insists on doing **** a week before the deadline.

Lol_101 came up with the sum of £82m. >>

Or was it Calum? Anyways, Wenger has more than enough money to spend on quality players. So, why won't he do it?

Well Calum reads the Sun, and LoL_101 has a weird name so I wouldn't trust them ;)

The highly accurate Swiss Ramble estimated £50m at the start of the window (inc. wages etc.) in the TPA (Transfer Proceeds Acct) - after estimated figures for players going out and coming in so far, we made around net +£15m profit calculating initial fees only. We have nothing like £80m. It's £50-60m at a stretch.

gervinho is at stamford bridge watching the Chelsea - WBA game lol

I thought that was Lukaku at first glance, what was that guy doing at the Bridge... jeez he rather be at the Arsenal game, dont think Wenger will appreciate it unless he is now refusing to spend on scouts ;)

Plus a significant additions if needed as Gazidis has stated (not a sign of something happening yearly though). Closer to £70m if needed

If needed yeah, but we don't have an £80m war-chest. It's pretty much what I said, and then money available but not added in to the initial TPA after that.

2 of his mates were playing, not hard to figure out! :P

tough... dont think any manager would appreciate his player watching a rival team play rather than his own team but I know everyone likes to have their fair share of quality football so no wonder he skipped the Arsenal Game

I'm sure Wenger knew it beforehand.

Ha. That was an awful attempt at trolling...

I imagine he was at the Arsenal game too - early KO first, then off to West London for the late KO as Drogba's guest.

Its basically the same thing, whether or not its in the TPA. Wenger has effectively up to £70m this window.

possibly true... maybe he needed his fill for Quality Football that day even after the Arsenal Match, hence the trip to the Bridge

Relax guys, just having a laugh and not trying to troll
