Wanted Samba in January, and would still take him now.

PS: No Joss, I don't want you quoting this and explaining that Samba isn't a fit for us. :)
 
I wouldn't mind him at us either would offer them 10-12 M at Max

Not sure who we need to sign in the summer, I'm more than happy with scez in the nets and it seems highly unlikely that a manager who doesn't like to spend will spend on a postion I feel were stong enough in. As for CB I don't think it would be massively bad for us not to sign one as weve got kosc and vermaelen maybe a back up? I think we need a striker tbh, as much as I love VP especially in his late form how long is it before his next injury comes and hampers his progress again, if we can keep him fit brilliant if not we need a quality back up, which lets be honest isnt bendtner. Tbh I prefer Vela, I think hes a quality player just never given a good chance as bendtner has been, and what has bendtner really done..

Thought you were being serious for a moment... Pity for Randall but he was never going to make it. He forced players like Merida out of the door because Wenger liked him - he couldn't even get a regular game in League 1 and has attitude problems.

I wonder if keeping hold of Randall for so long was part of Wenger sticking two fingers up at his critics who say he doesn't produce English talent etc. He doesn't need Randall to do that now because we have quality English players in Aneke, Lansbury, Afobe, Wilshere, Gibbs to name a few.

To be fair - Nordtveit has nothing to do with Randall. He wanted First Team football and Wenger broke his promise - Bartley's better than him. Barazite I thought would be good, but evidently Wenger thought our other attacking/wide youngsters were better.

Yeah, I think we need a CB & a striker - just not a poacher, necessarily. Back-up for RvP since Bendtner looks like he'll be leaving.

Vela has been refused permission to go to the Copa America by Arsenal, who according to his agent have no intention of selling him atm.
 
I'd say we also need a backup for Song and possibly one for Sagna. Maybe Coquelin or Frimpong could step up in midfield and Jenkinson or someone else could step up at RB.

Ah yes. Forgot about RB - Don't think we need another DM. Coquelin had a season in Ligue 1 & Frimpong looked brilliant before his injury.

I agree with Coquelin. Frimpong should go on loan and if he does well come back in january. He had long injury so I dont think he'd be ready next season.
 
Oh yeah isnt it likely that Clichy's on his way out? 5 Million to Inter, what a joke, hes worth at least 15..Not too sure if Gibbs is ready for week in week out Prem football then again Jack done it so it can be done, hopefully it does. Also heard rumours if Nasri leaves stewart downings replacing him??

Arsenal could be tempted to make a summer move for Liverpool target Axel Witsel after it emerged that the Standard Liege midfielder's ambition is to play in the Premier League.

Just found that on BBC sport 'Gossip' Not too sure how much is true but seems like a good player..not top of my list but would be a good addition to the squad.

Also Pep Guardolia has revealed hes spending only one more year at Barca..Now if we don't win anything next year surely Pep is the ideal replacement to the one and only Wenger, were often refered to as the 'poor mans Barcelona'. So I think hed relish the chance to manage us as we play a similar style to Barca (When I say similar I mean we try to play the perfect pass, goal etc..) Also a chance to manage in the premiership? I dont know, seems like the ideal replacement..

From what Gibbs has shown me this season he is most definately NOT ready. For all of his faults and errors, i hope that Clichy stays.
