Cool. Have fun on their bench, Samir you money-grabbing ****.

Nasri thought he became king after half a season of excellent form. Let's hope he really struggles at Man City kinda like Adebayor did. ;) If he goes for the mooted 25 Million fee, then that will be a cool 55 Million in the bank for Arsene to use when he sees fit.

Whatever media outlets were at Bridgewater Hospital this afternoon have now left and all quiet apparently, media false alarm?

Looks like not yet.. Why are we not going for him? Hard to match reported 180K maybe.. :(

I think SAF is smart enough to realize that it's not worth paying 25 mil for someone who has an year left on his contract and is about 90% certain not to sign a new one. City, on the other hand, really don't care about splashing the cash.

If he had 5 years left on his contract, is he worth 25Million? In the current market I would say Yes. So for Nasri talent I would have paid that money as he would have improved us. But his wages are OTT for Fergie liking maybe.

And also why Wenger wont sell him to United but to City? What difference it makes as both are better than Arsenal.. Confused really..

Because it's pretty obvious Nasri will sit on the bench at City. Plus, their squad harmony isn't the greatest, and I can see a dressing room bust-up in the near future... They're just a bunch of mercenaries.

He doesnt want to sell to City either, we just havent gone back in for him, because we arent giving him that kind of wage

Yeah but we too have made bid, Dont know still its on table or it is rejected, while City's one (might be) is accepted and player is close to joining them. (If reports are to be believed)..

I dont think he will be a bench warmer. Will play ahead of Barry or Milner.

our bid was 20 million, we never upped it. and dont think we have any intention to based on his demands.

I know that, what I'm saying is they didn't even negotiate with us. Agreeing with player is next step, we didn't pass the first hurdle..

We didn't negotiate with City either until recently. We gave Nasri one last chance with a significant pay-rise and he rejected it. Now he's on his way out. You can't just expect Arsenal to come back to Utd and ask them if they're still interested... £25m ish is the most we're going to get and it's an absolute bargain.

Fair enough. Would have liked us to make atlest an effort to sign him. Maybe he has made up his mind about joining City..

He's made up his mind about getting as much cash as possible. I think that's fairly obvious.
