Let's be honest, Ajt. Kenwright says a lot of stuff. 90% of it is ****. And I find it difficult to believe if we offered 20m for Jags he'd reject it.
To be honet, there's so much going on on Twitter, forums....I won't believe it until something official is announced. He may be at fault for some things, but even he realises which players are key to the club for us to achieve any sort of ambition.
For goodness sake. Just finished a great season of FM winning the double and getting CL football and now I'm frantically scouring the net for any more info. All I'm reading is paper work being signed, met up with an Arsenal rep....for the first time wish I hadn't have come online

If Jagielka and Jadson at least arrive before the close of the window, I will still be fairly happy.
If that happens I will be ****** off.

Yes but it does not represent what we should be aiming for. Would be ridiculous. Talk of him sending Traore out on loan. The squad depth is getting thinner than a piece of ******* paper.

Agreed, Wenger moves way too slow in replacing players and strengthening areas that everyone knows need to be strengthened.

If Wenger signed Ogbonna from Torino to play CB would you be happy?
Good young CB who just got called into the latest Italy squad playing for a Serie B team, 8m euros is what his club would accept. Already tracked by every big Italian team and there have been murmurings from Tuttomercatoweb that Arsenal are interested.
If not Vertonghen/Samba/Jagielka/Vorsah then surely Ogbonna is straight up Wengers street for that price and his age?
Hypothetical Wuestion: Would Gunner fans be happy if he brought in Ogbonna, Shaqiri and Pereira?
Purely hypothetical but if Wenger signed those 3 players would it make you feel more secure in Arsenal's position?
Funnily enough Shaqiri would cost less than Chamberlain did which is very strange given his int caps, similar age and consistent displays across the season.

No, I wouldn't be happy. Because we don't need a good, young CB - We have Bartley and Miquel for the future - what we need is a premier-league experienced CB, hence why we want Cahill/Samba/Jagielka/Dann. Do we need a LW? No. Shaqiri has played there more if I'm not mistaken?

Doesn't make sense either. For one thing, very public area-with an Arsenal rep? How do we even know it's a rep from the club? Could be anything. Could even be something to do with a sponsorship deal. **** it could even be an interview with a journo for all we know. Pretty sure players don't meet club reps regarding transfers in such a public place. Where's he gonna have the medical-in the airport restaurant lol. And surely they'd need Evetons permission to do so aswell? No. not buying it now.
