^ haven't signed experience YET. We will do.

Oh and by the way - take a look at where Toure, Adebayor, Gallas are now... One's a regular on the City bench and is currently banned for taking drugs, one is being whored out to whoever will take him - now at Spurs on loan, and one is doing pretty average at Spurs.

Clichy wasn't a "quality" player. Players leave clubs all the time.

Oh and talking of defensive midfielders:

Or he's just optimistic, rather than hitting the panic button as soon as he hears something bad like 90% of people. :)

But we cant turn down a great player because it will harm Colaquan (sp) development. We make other people laugh with statements like that!

Wenger on Nasri:

" It's part of the modern life of a professional football player. It's not that by coincidence that everybody suddenly lands at Man City."

"Nasri is a situation where the player didn’t want to extend his contract with the proposals he had somewhere else."

this!!!!

nice to see Yann coming in, but where will he fit. ???

but i would go into the market getting players on the creativity line. (ie. nasri replacement = Hazard; and maybe Jadson as Cesc replacement:P)

and maybe a CB, since Squills a Joke. Phil Jags will do.

That has to be the worst spelling attempt ever. It's not even a difficult name to spell. Coquelin.

And it's not about rejecting quality players to promote younger ones. It's about looking at the options we already have as first-choice, and considering whether it's worth signing another first team player for that position or promoting a player who could be just as good - but not cost £25m - in 2 years time. What if we'd signed an attacking midfielder for £30m when we signed Cesc? Or when Wilshere was coming through?

He WILL buy experience, you just have to be patient. I'd rather our policy than splashing out £100m every summer, abandoning a fantastic youth academy and getting nowhere for 6 years like City have done.

Not quite. Just check DenchReport's titles when Joss is writing: OHNOESITSALLOVER :P

I didn't (rarely do) write the title for that.

Wenger decision is the right one. If I didn't know better, I'd say UEFA has a vendetta against Arsenal.

Typos* - You don't need the apostrophe. #Justsaying

EDIT: Zoomed. [ENTER stage right; GC with "Oh the irony"]

Not quite. More a case of:

The whole thing is ridiculous - we're getting punished for the referee making a monumental **** up and sending off RvP for kicking the ball.

To be fair, there were only 90,000 people creating noise.
