it depends mate, get an english player to try and tutor him if he can, otherwise it ranges from 6 months to 3 years sometimes..
 
quick question...
i was facing chelsea in a crucial cup game but due to injuries to my right back i had to throw in an inexperienced 17yr old who unsurprisingly kept getting skinned by the winger. i really wanted to get my DM or right sided-CB to move across and help the guy but couldnt figure out how without man-marking the winger (but then leaving a big gap in the middle) as they track the winger all game instead of just moving there when the winger looks like getting the ball.

any help appreciated! tks.

I've heard of someone having this problem before I think they set their DCR to zonal marking and hug touch line but that is only what I've heard and sounds like it'll work but I can't guarantee it will work so if anyone else has any idea I think you should listen to them instead.

set your mid to tight man marking/closing down whole pitch and set the FB to tight man mark specifically the winger! even ask the winger of yours to tight man mark their winger to make sure he tracks back as well and leave the mid as is to ensure he does not leave open spaces..

get what I mean? :)

in my opinion i would say steven caulker from totenham,signed him for £1.5mil in my second season with norwich , and every single month he was up for contention for young player( 1st,2nd or 3rd)

I'm playing as Arsenal and am currently in the transfer window before the 2nd season. I have 39 mil€ still in my transfer budget (and 170k in my wage budget). Who do you think i could buy/sell/replace to improve my squad?

buy Fellaini/Naingollan/Fernando/Romulo/Tiote

the rest is fine, maybe a new striker, Vagner Love/Doumbia/Soldado
 
Though I'd post this in the who to play thread, but found that the possibilities were too many to fit in the template.

I'm playing AC Milan in 2017/2018, playing a 4-1-2-1-2 formation.

This year I bought Dzeko at age 31 but still good and I moved Robinho to reserves at 34, hopefully he'll retire.

Previously I was playing with Abel Hernandez (DLF - Support) and Pato (Poacher), with Giuseppe Rossi as a sub. Now that I have Dzeko, I'm playing with Dzeko (TM - Support) and Pato (Poacher) and relegated Abel hernandez to the bench, with Rossi taking up the AMC position as a treq. and moved the original AMC (Alex Teixeira) to to MCL (AP-Attack) with Thiago relegated to the bench.

Should I keep it like this or do you recommend changing things around a bit?

The current line up is thus.

The CM regen is suitable for a BWM-Support and the ST regen is an AF - Attack.
