guys...about the youth recruitment.anyone knows how to altered the efficiency of my youth recruitment.rite now it ranked average youth recruitment.im with gladbach.we have 40m transfer budget,but the option to catalyst the recruitment is not appeared

choose a 433 with a DM or Anchorman!

Why would SI/the game set the player to have high PA and don't let him develop?

I dont know mate, it varies.. just keep on doing what you doing, but if you have not tutored him then that needs to be done!!

I would honestly sell Santos/Djourou/Couqelin/Song and buy a new left back and defensive mid:

Schennikov/Sakho/Zouma/Bochetti/Bender

Martinez instead of Di Brasi, Hernandez - Poacher instead of Dzeko

a defensive/box to box type mid instead of Alex! you have too many attacking players, you need to balance out the midfield otherwise you will leave gaps!

I've been trying to get rid of Santos the whole window, was only able to send him out on loan at 80% wages. I hope he stays there. If not, i'll try again. Djourou is playing really really well, plus he's HG, so i'm keeping him. Song is also HG, but I'll be getting rid of Coquelin and perhaps Nainggolan as I'll be getting M'Vila at the end of season. Made a deal for him for €20mil and €50k p/w wages. I also sold Gervinho for €15mil, because he has been underperfoming both seasons compared to Willian and Lavezzi, and bought Di Maria for €14mil instead.

I have Leandro Damiao as my first striker as he is beyond amazing. He scored 55 goals in 38 matches last season and he was out for a month. Is also currently on 16 in 9 matches. So I kinda don't need RVP that much. I'd rather have Walcott and Fierro (who scored 2 on his debut) as my 2nd choice.
The thing i'm wondering though is if i should keep him just to tutor younger players. Is he good enough at that to keep him on the €98k p/w wages, or not?

I also found this gem of a regen for my LB. :D He seems to be worth the €24,5mil I paid for him.
 
yeah, for one more season, try and offload him in February so his value is still high and does not leave in Jan!

or ask for transfer to go through end of season

You mean play with 2 poachers, Pato and Hernandez, won't that isolate them a bit?

Also, I've never played a box-to-box, who would be good?

Good B2B mids: Joao Moutinho, Witsel, Asamoah, Carrick, Scholes, Cabaye, Gerrard. Players like that.
 
Raikan, what should I say to my team to motivate them If I'm not match favourite?
 
I've got Alan (the brazilian one @ Red Bull Salzburg) and Yaya Sanogo

I Want either

Sanogo
Winger - Alan - Winger
A. Playmaker - BWM

or

Sanogo - Alan
Winger - Advanced Playmaker - Winger
?? (Central Midfielder - defend?)

How do i set them up best? Alan is quite good at playmaking, a deadly finisher and got ok pace. Sanogo should be known. I want Alan to be something like a poor guys Messi.
 
Im Norwich in my 4th season with Norwich. Currently having a fantastic season, TOP! But everytime i offer hoilett a new contract he wants a minimum release cource, and he wont accept it if its above 12mil, and hes the only player that does so. This has annoyed me, so im gonna sell the buggar. Anyone know a good AML , preferabbly right footed and an inside forward , but its not essential

yeah mate, the AMC will supply through balls to them, make both poachers switch positions with each other which makes it much harder for the defenders to pick up!

I would play two BWM-Support behind the Treq and two strikers :)

that is a bit strange.. he might still feel that you may get relegated or will not make Europe, so its an escape rope for him..
