I need a MC for Norwich. I finished 3rd last Season (2013-2014) and my club have given me £46mil to spend ( got brought out). My current midfield is Aaron Ramsey & Alejandro Faurlin/Coutinho. Coutinho is more of an impactic player for me, and Faurlin is probally my worst in my starting XI, any ideas on who i should sign?

thanks for the quick reply, who would you recommend the most, Witzel or Dzagoev (Ive had Dzagoev in previous games and he is a very good playmaker)

1) three of your players are playing out of position, Ben Watson is no AM mate
2) push the two DM's into CM"s and drop the AMC to CM so have a 3 man central midfield
3) play slower and shorter, and default freedom if not disciplined.. you dont have the players to allow that much freedom
4) no roaming, only for the box to box mid (have BWM-B2B-BWM or DLP)
5) press/zonal instructions

check the players reports and see what your coaches say their best position is and play them in that exact role/position, then edit their individual instructions to negate or take advantage of their strengths/weaknesses

Oh the players are out of position because I accidentally let the assistant coach decide all the positions.

I have one small question that might've been aksed before... What do I do with a player for whom I'm certain that has great potential, but can't get to develop?

I'm letting Yaya Sanogo play at least 20 competitive matches per season for two seasons already, but he hasn't gotten much better. I'm using your training schedules, Raikan (v2), I have extremely good coaches (at least 4.5 stars in every category) and top training facilities. What's the problem.

Also, this is a conceptual question as I've been in the same situation before. Some players just don't like to develop, why is that?
Why would SI/the game set the player to have high PA and don't let him develop?
Or is it just me...

This time i have €59mil available and dunno on what i should spend them on.

Are you playing him as a poacher, he may not look like the greatest player attribute wise, but he is an absolute goal scoring machine, he scored 12 goals in 12 games for me and 2 assists(5games he come of the bench) he didnt play a lot of games though because he was prone to injury
