I'm just about to start my second season with Arsenal.. won the League, FA Cup and League Cup.. so afairly successful season, however one thing i noticed was that my midfield lacked strength in depth.. at the minute by Midfield (i have 3 centre midfielders) Fellaini, Hamsik and Wilshere. On the bench i have Ramsey, and i still have Diaby but i dont think he's up to the standard i need. I also have Cazorla, but i play him on the right wing, but i have Chamberlain, Walcott and Draxler who can play there instead.. but Cazorla has been great there so i dont want to move him..
What i'm really asking is... should i invest in one or two centre midfielders who are willing to be back-up to the first team, or stick with what i have? Also, any suggestion on what type of player to go for would be great... here's my tactic.

get in a really young quality player or two to develop for the future! dont spend big! someone like Mditjsto and Maher/Clasie!

My scouts say i can get yann for 30-40mil with 40k-60k p/w...i have sissoko as felinini's back up. he didnt develope well for me cause i didnt play him much. i do also have this youth player that looks legit. he is 19 years old. very good fitness (all above 14) but really bad mental, except for work rate and determination (16+). His technique and tackle is 17.

3) why not get Fellaini to tutor this youngster? fellaini has great mental stats.. why not look at Sandro/Bender's/Mikel/Capoue etc

I have no clue mate! it depends what season you are in as well! why not just make an inquiry or offer them at least 75% more than what his current value is and take it from there
