We are studing it to make it work with even low CA team.(Otherwise you gonna get muled,call it that bad tactic and blabla, at least i am putting effort to release things that are somewat working,since with good players even poo tactic works) It's like because i am ***** Solo leveling will come out earlier, i am doing things by a scheduling.

Babe pushed for Conte, so that's why he is helping me with ideas and testing.

So i did made a fast run with the @Babemocni1988 team's i didn't really tryhard, i wanted to understand where a team like that can go.

so as you see, something went wrong there, we will go for order. First of all i tried some midblock/much lower D line to check how could impact. (didn't really like it)

Seem that if your team can sustain Much higher D line is better overall. Just sometimes you gonna get banded from nowhere.



I might failed to win EPL/4th place but we won 2 cups. Yes, i am not the type of manager to give up not even a cup

So to analyze the team, i went and at a point made some tweaks after some sane FM :

I had 2 mega strange lose streak, but for example :

what can you do if they do 3 shots of god and you miss 3 CCC ? Basically nothing.


But the problem was the team overall.

We couldn't score from corner because :

We have no taker. So basically you losing your chance of increase your points.

People might refuse it but the gameplay of FM23 is poor and if you can't use something like corner routine you gonna lack goals means you might lose points on your road.




For example, let the taker corner aside. We lack on goals : Mateta missed goals 1v1 with the GK like no toworrow. Sorloth i have to say was really good and if he had a good AF we could have done better.

Mitchell and Walker-Peters : i simple don't like them, while Mitchell is good but too short(175cm), since he need to carry alone the flank he need to win air-battle,contrast etc. If you lose the ball there you are almost dead.

Walker-Peters while you can play Mitchell, this guy was hurting my eyes, costant losing everyball possible etc. I did used

At least Richards was giving me a body to work on, even tho he can't even play the role on the fullest.

DM role will be like your main source : He will sustain your Midfield and going after the ball when you lose it. You need the player big fast or you need a Pellegrini/Prowse type.

for me this guy can't play the role but i didn't like Lerma so that's it. Will try to look for some players to build a list.

Salisu is good but can't really pass the ball.But i wanted to check his perfomance overall.

Thuram is a beast, thiaw as well Sutalo. The GK was the best i did even see till now.


Overall i am happy with the tactic, but since there are people that wanna win first year with 130 CA players,some tweaks are needed.
I have already some ideas, about what the shape can sustain and which simply can't.

That's what i meant when i wanna be sure. Because if you believe that season is failure for me is just a different view point.

I could give up the cups and just focus on the league but i am greedy and i wanted it all.

I played just 10 games and I have a feeling that I can fight for the title because tactic is strong enough defensively what is the most important thing when you play with lower team, offcorse with plug and play there is no tactic that can give you title playing with underdog's so offcorse plan is to find solution when we have goal lead how to protect it and how to brake smaller teams when they play bunker.And definitely we don't have a team to fight for all cups so you need to sacrifice cups to be able to fight for title, something often Conte does in real life
Overall tactic is awesome in my opinion and produce exactly what I wanted,the whey we attack opponents and goals we scored with fast transition from mid to strikers is pure Conte magic
