The mistake and the re-evaluation

Preseason, we made a few experienced signings and at the same time, the squad complained about the lack of harmony. To make this worse, I made a big mistake

- I told the team that I expected them to qualify for Europe when the board only expected us to finish mid table.

This has put a lot of unnecessary pressure on our players and they now seem both overconfident AND unable to handle the pressure, especially the team talk where I tell the players that are looking complacent " expect a performance. When these things happen, Its very important that you revealuate the situation and as a results, I will the more defensive version much more than i intended to at the beginning of the season. We simply have to grind out the first 15 matches and then take it from there. After all, we are Bolton and the quality of our squad is not top 8.

I have played 10 matches and will start putting up screenshots about how I handle the current situation. Hopefully, this will help a few people that suffer from the 2nd season syndrome and show them that its not down to the tactics being cracked, but that one has to use them slightly different under these new circumstances.
 
we all make this kinds of mistakes all the time. good analysis on your team's mentality and tactics used, cos it has also helped me to handle this problem which i was pretty clueless about in the past. im sure you'll do well despite that ^^)
 
hay TBH do u know which tactic suits better for AC milan?

I did a season with Roma last season using one of your tactics and well i dominated Italian football.

And i want to try and do the same again....So which tactic should i use do you think..........

Would they be in need of a formation using AMR, AML ?

Bacially, the FC is a poacher player on the shoulder on the last defender, the wingers are wingforwards, the AMC is of your choice. ONe more attakcing DMC ( look athe the settings) and one is more defenisive( the DMCL)
 
Thanks :) i found that one is defensive DMC other is attacking, but i had problem with striker, cheers.
 
I think its stupid, How you have put so much work into your tactic and even this thread and your not getting enough feedback really

When playing with a lone FC, he always - always regardless of level playing at - has to e one of the best players at the club. As a top notch club, he has to be complete ( after all, Barcelona dropped eto for Ibra). At lower levels, he has to be able to beat his man and be slightly better ( in quality) than the AI defenders

First post have been updated with download link to a pack of 3 sets made with the latest patch

442 - 4132 wide and 4132 narrow

In all sets, the FCleft is a target man but that is in the end optional

..and as this is not the final patch, these are to be considered betas
 
Nice I will test it too soon. My another problem is with pick versions (still mastering it :)). I play great with teams who play defensive,counter or just little attacking, winning with this teams is quite easy,even win with chelsea 0-3 away as Arsenal. But if this same Chelsea rushing me as ****, and balanced doesnt work, so I automatically change to Counter and i see it wont work too, then I was picking defensive,and I see its good choice because then i have some chances,and even Ccc's, but now closing down is low,and opponents easily cuting the flanks and scoring :) It happens when play with 'not afraid u teams' or biggest than u. So ye little feedback here, hope u understand my point :P, sry for english.

Second season having finished 4Th the first. Mind you, this is with a superior knowledge of the squad at hand since its the 2nd time I play the this 2nd season

hello the better half :), im about to try your 4-4-1-1 tactics mate, the problem is that when i upload into WINRAR, it comes up with 7 folders, which one do i use?

The one called 4411 perhaps ? :)

( if its the bigpack form the downlad section that is )
 
no its in win rar and it says
4-4-1-1 2
4-4-1-1 3 and so on so forth, do i need to download a prticular one?
