But Rafa didn't the best out of Oezil, he wasn't spanish and he wasn't close with a certain someone's former protege so there was no problem there :P

What an incredibly awful article.

My personal favourite part is when he calls anyone who thinks Mata has been Chelsea's best player an "armchair follower".. Apparently a creative midfielder with 20-something goals and over 30 assists is not as important as one who wins possession more?
This is either the most deluded article ever, or it's satire that went way above my head..

Yep he is right Mata who has won Chelsea's player of the year every season he has been at the club so far hasn't been our best player haha.
 
Pretty good half Torres playing well but no surprise against a league 1 club. Shame to see Marco go off so early.
 
Decent win tonight! Torres was good could have scored atleast two more in the second half. Willian and De Bruyne were poor.
 
Not a sensational performance by any stretch of the imagination but a professional job done. Like many i thought Azpi and Bertrand played very well and we have a fantastic 2nd choice keeper who dealt with everything today brilliantly. Not going to go too over the top like some about Willian as it is only his 2nd appearance but from what i have seen i am not that impressed.

Now for me Torres was our best player tonight but there are a few caveats to that. It still sees as if whenever he does something brilliant it is quickly followed by someone dead woeful! Skins 2-3 players but dwells on the shot. Plays a fantastic pass and then when receives it again slips over or runs straight into someone. Then there is the fact that these are 2 divisions lower than us but that aside overall he was our main threat tonight and i was impressed with him.

Roll on Saturday!

Reports that he tore his ACL which would be a massive massive blow for the club and him. Our midfield is threadbare as it is. Definitely need to bring in some reinforcements in January or recall Chalobah
 
Confirmed Van ginkel out for the season. Really hope this injury doesn't affect his career at Chelsea.
