When you dont have a long time DoF and your manager changes every 2 years its impossible to generate a plan. someone has to be there long term. Thats why so many continental clubs have DoFs

The other reason was because he hated Spanish people, yet Casillas's replacement Diego Lopez is of course Spanish.
