We still have a huge amount of money that we haven't spent yet. As things stand, we could have kept one of Mata or Luiz and still be up 40m

Still a lot of time left in the transfer window so we have to see what other moves the club makes ... I feel we are looking at Filipe Luis, another CM and possibly a new striker if Lukaku indeed leaves
 
All over twitter that Luis to Chelsea is done for 20 Million. Apparently they triggered the release clause.

Confirmed by Atletico that Luis to Chelsea is done.
 
Atletico official twitter has confirmed it. Would I of preferred shaw? Yes but I'm still happy with Luis :)
 
The idea of Filipe Luis combining with Eden Hazard down the left flank is absolutely **** worthy. Pants off lads

I hope Costa proves me wrong and ends up being a great buy.

We have addressed all our weaknesses, now time for a luxury buy. Sami Khedeira would really be the cherry on the top for me

Total cost: £58m

Net Spend: £22m

Yes I know it's a very crude calculation but this is incredibly good business. All our weaknesses sorted with high quality players at minimal net spend. With another 47 days to go in the transfer window, I really hope we can get a luxury buy like Khedeira or Vidal in. That would make me cry

Get rid of the idea of getting rid of Nando bud, never going to happen until his contract is up in 2016.

The way I see it, since Ba has left, it can only mean that Mourinho has convinced Lukaku to stay. A strikeforce of Costa, Lukaku and Torres is pretty good imo. I am just really hoping we now make a signing that can truly put us on par with the likes of Madrid and Bayern ... Unrealistic I know but it will be amazing if we do
