We tried to fast track them all at the same time and it didnt work. They needed more expirience and they got that last season by going on loan. This season they either need another loan deal or to be squad players for Chelsea. The current youth players we have are the best the club has ever produced without a shaddow of a doubt.
Thats what i said. Transition from youth player to first team player is not right.
You fail to point out a day or two before the Sunderland game Bruma had played 90minutes for our reserves hence why Carlo didnt start with him. There is no buyout clause in Bruma's loan and Chelsea have the option to bring him back after one year. He has also come out and said he still vows to make his mark at Chelsea after this loan deal, when he comes back he will be 21 and full of expirience. As CB's go Ivanovic's natural position is CB so thats 4 CB's alltogether in the side with 2 rightbacks to fill in if he needs to go back to CB.
You fail to see the point that there was no need to play Bruma in that reserves game instead he could have saved Bruma to play against Sunderland.
Deadwood?? Ferriera is a very proffesional squad player, remember the job he done on Bale last season!!!! This man can still do a job at Chelsea and you need players like that in the squad. When he starts giving away stupid free-kicks or penaltys (like Neville should have done last season if the refs standards were better) then i will say enough is enough.
Professional? Yes
Dead Wood? Yes. Funny how you said Joe Cole, Ballack, Belletti were all dead wood when they contributed more than Ferriera.
Oh Refs standards, lets not go there. You would have seen completely different scoreline against us.
