Agreed, would be brilliant for Chelsea. Mystified why Wham would let him go on loan though. No money for him, and decreases his value as he ages whilst on loan.

Because Parker woke them up to say he wants to go-go last christmas.

He'll be 31 in October, so before you've even reached Christmas - less than 2 months in - he'll be 31. Null point.
So like i said.. He'll be 31 by the time he goes back. If we had him perm it would just add to our already aging squad

Not sure if posted but heres the goals from earlier, what a goal Yossi!

yossi did something special. i wanna see this against united though.

Looks like this season Yossi Benayoun will be very important player for Chelsea. He is very good at dribbling and making killer passes which Torres thrives on. Last season Chelsea missed him very much when they lacked creativity from midfield. Benayoun fits the bill very well..

Yossi will be a great player for us next season, him and Torres will link up well according to me

PS: A total troll fest going on in the last 2-3 pages I suppose?

Anyone seen the San Jose goal versus West Brom? Even Carson would have saved that... If anyone can post the youtube video it would be good, Boaz Myhill=Howler. Alex missed the game last night supposedly because he had a niggle and AVB didn't want to risk it vs WWFC according to a Chelsea journo.

hopefully thats the case, he is a good player and an experienced head which is what one needs in the heart of any defence

San Jose goal I was talking about vs WBA...

Hope they play Myhill next season because that's going to be...Interesting.

Since when do Chelsea need experience? You've got one of the oldest squads in the league and you're crying out for fresh, non injury-prone legs - not a 30 year old (31 by the end of the year) who shone through in a bollocks side.

Of course he's a good player, but since when has money been an issue for Chelsea? It's what? About £5-7m between the two valuations of Parker and Vidal? A player who's played in Europe, and who came 2nd in his league vs a player who got relegated and has never played in Europe. Odd signing if it goes through IMO. Especially from Parker's POV - god knows why he wants to go back to Chelsea after his last stint there...

Parker still has bags of energy and if its only a loan deal then whats the problem with it??

ridiculous from chelsea if true, even more ridiculous if west ham agree

P.s you are all idiots

How the **** is it ridiculous?? West Ham get him off the wage bill for a season while still (proberly) getting promoted and then they get him back next season. In that time he becomes a squad player for Chelsea in a side that needs energy. Its a win-win-win!!!!

I'm sure they'd insist on a loan fee, in which case it might be a decent deal. But ridiculous from Chelsea if true.

Not Dortmund apparently.

I'd say McEachran (a small, technical, YOUNG player) looks out of place in a Chelsea side, but that would be trolling - I NEVER do that.

And since they were only formed in 2003, and Fulham are ***** - they don't really have any rivals whose players would look out of place.

SO: Bendtner's probably the best option. Yeah. Let's go for Bendtner. Or Parker.

If your trying to be funny and going by success then i suppose Arsenal were destroyed in 2005!!

3 very good finishes indeed especially Yossi's. Roll on Saturday as i might be there.

I never said they did SSN...

I'm trying to work out why West Ham would loan their best player, either keep him or flog him for a high price. And Chelsea's issue is with the 18-24 ready to play range. So why get a 31 year old. any way you cut it, its retarded thinking.

I don't understand the loan angle whatsoever, I mean they did it with Quaresma for half a season and barely played him. Only angle from WHUFC point of view is clearly Scotty Parker wants PL football AND if WHUFC plan is to come straight back up then idea would be pick up Scotty Parker after a year at Chelsea and he can still play for them. No doubts any fee for the loan would be quite big anyway, but no point in SP coming in on loan when Essiens position needs covering anyway since Mikel is...Mikel and wont play every game consistent enough to win a league. Would SP go back? Possibly, I mean its PL football at the top tier again under a new manager but I mean so many journalists based out of West London are saying that this deal is actually 'happening' but I just don't see it 100 pct and would prefer a permanent deal for a youngster like Vidal/Sissoko...

On the Tiote story, I don't remember reading/seeing a story anyway that they had approached Tiote...SSN is going mad.

Does Parker play like a 30year old?? Does he lack energy?? No exacly that, the lad is proberly in his prime and could do a very good job for Chelsea. West Ham get him off their wage bill for a season while netting a little profit with a loan fee too and then get him back when they proberly are back in the PremierLeague next season. And if West Ham dont end up getting promoted Parker's price wouldnt have dipped much and they could sell him for a decent ammount. I dont see a problem with this at all.

I personly think the Parker deal would be a good deal for all parties. We were linked with Tiote at the back end of last season but i think he signed a long term deal at Newcastle near xmas so he would still cost a big fee. Im thinking around 15-20million.
