Strangely a bit of a panic from everyone. Not that i mind, Koulibaly very close to read.

But still why is Tuchel on the side? You get a red you miss next game...

It's obvious Chelsea defense is a mess. Koulibaly is good, but he ain't no Rudiger. Chelsea really miss his leadership and ability on ball. No wonder they want and need Harry Maguire. He'd fix all the issues they have instantly. Senior player who would be leader on the pitch and off the pitch, thrives playing in back 5 and is a massive threat in air. Not to mention his ability to play through the press. And has one of the biggest cults in England, maybe even in the world. Just that pesky Man United is the problem, they are unwilling to let the club captain go, so it might be a world record fee for him, again.

Never understood going for Koulibaly. He’s what 32 only ever really looked good in Italy not so much in the EL and CL and his pace has defo declined a little and he’s never been positionally good like Thiago Silva.

The more baffling thing is they let go of there super talatend CB to AC Milan who was quick, good in the air and on the ball. And soonish there gonna have to replace both Silva and Koulibaly and rebuild the defence again.

I think their players were all trying to bolt from the sinking ship and the takeover came too late to stabiilize the situation, so it's all panic shopping at this point.

Those who watched him at Juventus back in the 90s remember how good of a player he was. He was also instrumental in transitioning Chelsea to the club they are today (can’t forget his goals against Liverpool in the cup 😜).

RIP
