Thats my point really mike, with Luiz at CB along side Cahil (who is quicker than JT) it could work. Also with Romeu in the side he acts as another CB so you get that extra cover if needed.

Yeah, it might work if Luiz wasn't about as composed in the penalty area as a virgin surrounded by pimps.

I still cannot fathom why people get so excited about Gary Cahill. He's got a good touch for a centre-back and he's dangerous in the opposition penalty box, but he's been one of Bolton's worst players this season. I'm not even exaggerating: he's been outperformed by David Wheater (who has a superior amount of blocked shots, interceptions and a hugely better tackling record) and Zat Knight (again, way better tackling, marginally more interceptions and has given away less fouls) to name just two of his central defensive partners.

Personal thought is his head has not been at Bolton since the attempted Spurs move in the summer. He has alot of potential still even though he is mid-20's he still has alot to learn and playing and training day in day out at a club like Chelsea can only be good for him.

Lool at Leon Knight. He is 29 years old and stil lthinks his a "badaman" saying stuff about Terry's family. He has no right to call Terry an average player either when he is playing for a semi-pro team ha

I know it's off topic now, but Joe Cole just scored for Lille.

Possative thing is in more recent game he has played Luiz has just put his foot through the ball and got rid of it first time. If he can keeps doing that mixed with his every now and then a busting run past 2-3 players to set up a chance then he will be one of the best in the world.

****** himself up when he left us for an extra 10k a week. Loved Joe and im sure would fit into AVB's plan more often then he did with Ancelotti's.

Do my eyes deceive me? A Chelsea fan taking the moral high ground on player greediness?

The irony, it is strong in this one.

I was sad to see him join Liverpool, and I'm glad he's finding his feet in France, as I've always liked him. His move to Anfield looks bad from every angle, though.

Cashley Cole, rings a bell?

Ashley Cole became, if not the best left back, one of the best in that position AFTER he joined us. Dont see how this has anything to do with me talking about greediness?

And Tevez became one of the best players in the prem after joining City, does that mean he's not a greedy *******?

Okay, thats pretty annoying now.

1st - I hate when people compare us to City. I despise that. You are doing exactly that.

2nd - I hate you for comparing TEVEZ to ANY of our players. Cuz all Tevez cares about is money, nothing else. Ashley has won a lot of things since he joined us, I dont see where you see that greediness in Ashley? Maybe greediness for trophies? Real Madrid, another rich club, were tempting him to leave, he didnt leave, so wheres the problem? Im trying to stay calm atm, its not easy though.

Cashley was awesome for Arsenal.

You're the most similar club to City in England - it's hard not to draw comparisons.

And Tevez has also won stuff since joining City, for that matter. It doesn't alter the fact that he is/was motivated by money.

When Essien gets back it'll all fall into place. You've missed him.

Essien is a great player on his day but I don't want him first team taking possible McEachran/Romeu/Creative mid (Jan?) anymore unless he can get the form he has 2-3 seasons ago. I just don't see what he can add to the team compared with the players we already have..

I don't want him to be sold or released I just disagree with missing him and it falling into place.

If he puts in a good word for us with Hazard then I'll forgive him for everything. He did actually talk to him asking whether he would be interested in England and he said yes, but then the conversation broke down because Hazard's English isn't great, and same for Cole with French.
