Seems that way, unfortunately, but I don't think they would make it at Chelsea anyway so probably for the best. Yeah I'm pretty sure Arnesen helped get most of the current youngsters.

I doubt this is the end of it either.

I can see all of these leaving:

Bertrand
Cork
Gordon
Mellis
Taylor
and probably even more than that. (not including likely loans e.g. Bruma)

bertrand would be a big loss, got real potential. this is a big step back for chelsea player development. some real talent there. they may not make it at top class, but given a few seasons could be squad players or even sold for good money

Agreed, Bertrand is a good player, but he's 21 now and has only just made his first appearance. I rate Patrick van Aanholt more than him and I'm not sure why Bertrand would want to stay around as third choice. Hope I'm wrong, but I can't see him staying. Cork is pretty much the same story very talented player watched him quite a few times this year (live in Burnley) and he looks a great Championship/Premier League relegation player. Would love to see him sign for either Swansea or Burnley, both of which are his most likely destinations. Would probably prefer Swansea though so that he gets a shot at the Prem and he would suit their style of football.

im not sure why arnesen left, but its a big loss to the youth set up, and needs to be rectified

Its a difficult one with Bertrand, we already have Cole who has atleast 3 years left in him and i rate PVA above him and he is younger.

Arnesen is well known for not staying somewhere long, he likes to build a foundation change it for the better, set it up so it will run long term and move on and do it somewhere else.

but chelsea seem to be undoing all his work...

would welcome him, he is exactly the type of player we need tbh, creative, tecnically astute in short a playmaker.... could happen althought i dont think this will happen

Neither do I. But will be ****** happy to see him at the Bridge.

He misses Denmark I think. Hamburg is only 1-2 hours away from Denmark in car.

Its being speculated for weeks in end and I think we got him and hopefully this time next week he will be announced as our manager after which we can concentrate on new signings

And hopefully these signings doesn't come from Abramovich list, but from Hiddinks list.

Yea, and Hiddink will be sacked like every manager before him.. The biggest minus for Roman is that he has no license to coach.. What is the point? Roman likes someone = buys him. Never consults with current manager, I wonder how managers still keep coming.. seriously.. There is something wrong with this guy.. big time. I mean, I love him for what hes done for us, but.. reallly.. ****** annoying.

relax pal, any manager would want to work with our current team while he knows that he has got funds to back him and tbh Roman buys really word-class players for us but the timing of his buys needs improving, i think he will listen to Hiddink, he always liked Guus

Who would you prefer Lukaku or neymar
im also hearing rumours about kaka

Rumours are we've bid 35m for Sneijder, IF true then I'm already liking Guus

I'm pretty sure it is true. Would be a good signing and would definitely suit our team - just what we need!
And just so everybody knows - it's 35m euros.
