Eden Hazard: "I was aware of Arsenal's interest in me, but in my career I aim to win several trophies. That wasn't possible there"

LOL.

Quotes were fabricated... I know they have been roaming the twitter sphere for a long time but as usual with no source etc.

Genuinely amazed at how quick the British media are to point the racist finger at foreigners (Suarez, Ukraine etc.) yet when it's an Englishman they barely make a noise.. Disgusting.

Really? I was under the impression JT will even get more stick than usual because of this...

I would hardly say there has been no noise would you.

Hazard is so arrogant/disrespectful it is unreal, thank god he is not in the United dressing room, probably demanding to play or he will leave with his 120-200k wages or whatever ridiculous amount he is on after a few good ligue 1 seasons.

Calm your **** down...

To be honest I wasnt expecting it to be real, just posted it for a laugh.

Its funny how people chuck up a shitstorm at a made up quote...

Haha ... Its amazing how many people think its true on Twitter.

Honestly wondering where we are going with this Oscar situation... Developing him into a regista will take time and he will also need time to adapt to the EPL. Positives though are that he is younger, cheaper and as well as having the potential to play as a regista.. He adds depth to the attacking band of 3

Contrary to initial reports, Tottenham do not have a right of first refusal for Oscar- Explain by the excellent Stephen Schmidt on WAGHN. Link is here

This isn't true in this case in the slightest There has been a high amount. Considering that they cant print much as its a trial. Unlike Suarez. Certainly far more talk than Ukraine

At the end of the day if JT is found guilty, he will deserve the ban and my opinion of him as a person will nosedive, but he'll still be a legend on the pitch. I was trying to think of an example of a similar situation and Paolo Di Canio sprung to mind: amazing footballer, not so great human being.

I really don't like the whole celebrity culture aspect of football and at the end of the day, the most important thing is what a player does with the ball at his feet.

€25m is cheap? I guess to Chelsea it is lol.

hopefully buying Oscar wont affect Piazon in any way.

The only way i think this deal will seem to make sense is if we will play him in a deep lying play maker role and mould him into that type of player. Which if true is a huge gamble.

You have got the wrong idea. You seem to be thinking I am defending John Terry which is untrue. All I said was that I am irked by the way the Ferdinands are behaving and that is true...

Except they haven't been behaving in any way, thats the point. Certainly Anton has done not to be regarded in any other manner. Last time i checked they both got racial abuse on twitter from Chelsea fans, and a section sang "You know what you are" at Anton. In fact Anton in particular has said nothing for anyone to be irked at. You accused him of playing the race card. Which is nonsense. He didnt even report it to the police, it was a member of public, how is that playing anything?

That could have been stating he was a liar but because of the timing of the chant it of course was portrayed as being racist. I know black men who was at that game (Genk away) and they didn't see it as racism at all. Can understand why people and media got carried away with it though.

Vitesse have confirmed that PvA will return on loan. I don't mind this loan, but I wish that we gave him a chance in pre-season to prove himself, because as I've said before, he's the best person to take over Cole, IMO, and it would be a shame if he didn't get chance to show that. Hopefully though he will get to play nearly all games with Vitesse next year, and there's rumours Cole won't renew his contract, so then when he returns it could be him and Bertrand fighting for the spot, which Bertrand will have control of at the start, I'd think.

As of now, Ryan is the best person to replace Ashley. Never disappointed me when he was given a chance.
