Oh my word, you really will find anything to criticise Rafa with, won't you? If precious Bobby had done that there wouldn't be a peep.

And you will praise him over everything, seriously 5-1 up a young lad will benefit far more than Ferreira do you not agree? I also have said on numerous occasions i don't just blame Rafa but it seems as if most of you fail to recognise that.

The last manager Chelsea had of Rafa's quality was Carlo Ancelloti, and i think even then Rafa is slight better. Suck it up and realise you have a really good caretaker who can put you back on a good footing. I'd honestly give him a proper contract.

But he played so many youth against United and Wolves!

Anyone else think Rafa is trying to get Paulo match fit, so Brana can play more in CB?

Rafa is managing like he is the interim manager, thinking short term he obviously wanted to drill the team in how he wants them to shape up and play when chasing/forcing the game. so i can see what you are saying but looking from rafa's point of view you can see why he ain't planning long term and just wants the team as well drilled as possible

A manager who is known not to play the way Roman wants Chelsea to play, regardless of what happens he is out in the summer.

Not sure how much you're going to gain playing in a game where you're not going to need to do anything. You are just blaming him because it's Rafa.

So, tell me where I've praised him recently? Quite besides that, frankly I think a 5-1 win probably does deserve at least acknowledgement.

See, you SAY you don't blame Rafa, but you pretty clearly are. You've got a rather large chip on your shoulder, and while that's understandable (I mean ****, I'll never like Alex McLeish again, so I'm not immune) it's hardly helping your cause here.

In a massive game like this with no pressure it would have been huge for one of them.

I think that is a valid point and we will probably find out in coming games and in that case if he is willing to do that will that mean luiz being put in midfield so can have brana and terry at the back is more solid

There are things that are his fault so of course i will bring them up but i have slated the board and players too when deserved.

So he has a viable backup to Azpilicueta and Chelsea can therefore have a natural RB? Perhaps. Makes sense, anyway.

Maybe, but for who? You're pinning ALL your hopes on Guardiola it seems, but frankly he's more likely to go to City in my eyes, what with his mates as staff there and a board who give managers time.

Sure. Secondarily. You'll criticise Rafa unless there's literally no chance it could be his fault, THEN you criticise the players. It's just not fair.

This. Lampard was terrible, yet it was Rafa's fault?

A 'massive' game inherently has pressure along with it. 5 minutes playing against a team that's given up and will provide no challenge and nothing to learn. Wootton and Keane being played against Chelsea is experience, Powell against Galatasaraay. 5 minutes against Leeds when 5-1 up, nah.

I never said i wanted or hoped for Pep at all and most fans i know say the same as me, just normal media tosh.

Far from it, if a player is to blame i will blame them first of all and same with the board as i keep saying i blame them more than i do Rafa.

I am sure they would have said differently, think about it that way.
