Described as being 'technically brilliant' by Chelsea Youth Coaches, He was signed by us from Feyernood on a transfer that can go as high up as 700k and he is still only 15, Have high hopes for him

I think we still want him and may bid for him again but the fact Spurs are trying to sell other players to fund money dosent bode well. I say go elsewhere.

I would think either today or tomorrow the deal will be done, if Torres is ruled out Sunday then we will need the lad.

aye he can even make his debut on Sunday considering he is at full fitness having played a couple of competitive games for Anderletch

Its a game what would suit him too, even if Torres was fit i think Boas would have gone with Drogba anyway because of the opponents.

Stoke are a very physcial side so we need someone like Drogba upfront... anyways Torres looks a doubt for Sunday and even if he can play, I rather rest him so that he is fully fit when he does make his first appearance this season

Torres > Anelka when fit IMO, No chance of chelsea lining up like a 4312-ish formation?

Lukaku wont play on Sunday according to me considering his signings has not been fully finalized yet... I can certainly see us lining up in that formation in the future considering we tried it out against Villa in Pre-Season and it worked quite well although Torres looks a doubt for our opener so I can see AVB reverting back to the good ole 4-3-3 with a midfield of Lampard, Ramires and Mikel along with a front 3 of Drogba, Malouda and Kalou.....

But for the season, chelsea have a problem in that they have midfielders that suit a 433 but in a 433 theres only really one out and out striker, and two drift off on to the wings, torres drogba and lukaku are all competing for the out and out striker role since they dont fit the mould of a inside forward-ish type player, that is too many and I cant see lukaku getting game time ahead of torres and drogba.

For the season it is still a guessing game on how we are going to shape up but Torres has come out and said that we have tried 3-4 formations in training so its possible that different formations will be used for different games depending on the opposition, Lukaku was also never really going to get significant game time this season and he knows that as well, AVB wants him to settle and adapt to the English Game and when he is confident that Lukaku is ready to become one of our main players, I can certainly see Drogba being sold off.... either way thats a good plan considering we do not want to rush our youngsters in so quickly

Possibility of Lukaku being loaned out to an english club (the likes of Everton, bolton, Blackburn wigan etc) do you think?

doubt it, Lukaku has said that he does not want to go on loan and says that he wants to train alongside the likes of Drogba and Torres as he believes he will improve his game to a higher level even if he does not get many apps this season

Would Welcome him, we certainly need a new Young RB and after watching a couple of Youtube videos of him, he certainly looks energetic and enthusiastic and considering that Bosingwa and Paulo may not have the energy to play week in and week out, he certainly looks like he could be heading to the Bridge this summer

Interesting, there is something about Ghanaians I like, they seem to have really positive attitudes and always work hard, essien could help him settle in too
