Not ignoring them ... Kroos will be forced into a more cultured role so he may not be as big a threat as he normally is. Mueller will obviously be a huge huge threat and Mikel will need to repeat the performance vs Benefica in the 1st Leg where he had Aimar in his backpocket.

You've not been watching Bayern at home then. Speaking as a neutral, it will only spur them on. Especially the likes of Lahm and Bastian, and they will drive their team on. They thrive on the home feel.

He has proven himself time and time again that he can step it up in the big games. Not to mention that Munich will be playing a CB who is not a natural in that position so Drogba could give him a tough time
The thing I am worried about is who will form our double pivot. Lampard will have to be dilligent defensively because with the likes of Kroos, Mueller and Schwienstiger we will be overloaded through that area. I would take Mikel over Essien on the basis of form for the second place in the pivot
We dont really have much depth other than a few positions so hopefully this game does not run into extra time. For me the key player will be Mata, can he exploit the space he will surely find between the Midfield and Defence?
