1. Plastic fans are ones who support z club because they are winning at that time.
2. The best we would have got was sticking with our current manager!
3. He is paid thousands of pounds to motivate the players, pick the right formation, line-up and subs. Many managers have got slated by fans in the past and dealt with it.
4. He never had the players bar a few from day 1 anyway. What excuses have you got for his time at Inter?
5. Passion is being shown by us airing our discontent of the situation? We care about this football club and feel decisions like this are killing our club.

Plus you cannot blame supporters for any poor performance as i have proven time and time again that is bullshit.
1. Why do you think they're all rushing for something to blame then? None of them are willing to blame the lack of support for Rafa, none want to blame the players (apart from Torres), they all seem too busy chanting and booing. They don't get behind the team, they don't show that they want the best from the club, they just show their disgust when things go wrong.

2. The current manager who was sitting with the same team and about to fall apart in the same way who didn't have the backing of Roman? Yeah sure great manager to keep, Roman didn't want him and teams were starting to pick apart your tactics. The only reason he had this half a season was because he stumbled his way into the CL, Bayern and Barca basically gifted you wins with there inability to hit a barn door.

3. He's picking the right formation, line-up and subs(although arguably late subs). Team has no depth at all it's clear to see to anyone, not much you can change when you're railroaded into playing the same 9-10 players constantly because you have no other options. And yes, but not all of them have support as big as Chelsea with a dressing room that's already falling apart and an owner that promotes no long term sustainability at all.

4. He had the same issue at Inter? He wasn't given the option to get in the players he needed and his system failed, given time and backing he's proven he can do a great job.

5. Passion isn't chanting **** off Benitez and boo'ing players, that's just being bitter and hating your own club. Passion is getting behind your team when **** hits the fan, the complete opposite to what your fans are doing. Also it's Roman killing your club no one else.

I've not blamed the supporters so I don't see where that's come from, just saying that they're not helping the situation at all.
So please go back to sucking up to the wrong manager and hating on Rafa who has no support from the club or its fans, thanks.

1. As i have said booing and anti rafa chanting do not line up with the results which to me prove that is not the problem.

2. Just because Roman didn't want him didn't make it wrong? And results started getting poor yes but they are even poorer now! Whether other sides couldn't hit a barn door or not Robbie had the full backing of the players and fans which sometimes wins you games alone.

3. He is not playing the correct formation though is he. He is playing his only formation he wants to play. The one tactical decision he has made which was world class since coming here was away at Everton. Started the game with the obvious 4-2-3-1 with Ramires wide right and it was one of the most one sided 20 minutes of football i have ever seen. He changed to a 4-3-3 which pushed Lampard further forward where he scored twice and we actually got a grip of the game.

4. He has done a decent job in his past at times yes, but also a poor job at times too. Like i say some managers suit certain clubs and or in the right place at the right time.

5. We are getting behind our team! The club and the team are two different things mate, you can get behind one without the other. The fans who booed Torres against Swansea were wrong and that game went on general sale so any mug could get them. The next game he was bought off Arsenal at home he was applauded off and he clapped to the fans. We are fully supporting the team did you hear the away support last night? Just hating the club at the moment.

Chalobah is best at center mid. He has been **** at center back this season but one of our best players in center mid

Desperate times call for desperate measures... Bring back Malouda!

But center mid is his best position by a mile. No point playing him anywhere else because he is not good enough at right back, center back or right mid

The thing is we are lacking width at the moment so he would probably be ok!

Yes i am aware of that lol, but like Essien centre mid is his best position but can fill in elsewhere if needed.

So basically at the start of this window we were one striker short having only two strikers available for all competitions. Now the window is shut we still have two strikers and one is cup tied in Europe? #cfclogic

Go into season with most games in the history with one striker, while the competition plays less games and has 3-4.
Blow up 100 milion on transfers, still lack players.
Struggle with squad depth while having full mid-table side out on loans.
Hire interim manager (who does that, seriously?)
Plan new transfers around playing 4-2-3-1 without buying proper DLP.

Its a comedy gold.

Players out on loan:
Courtois

Kalas-Chalobah-Bruma-Van Aanholt

Essien-McEachran

Kakuta-Piazon-De Bruyne

Lukaku
That's not even a bad side lol.

Can even make a bench with decent playes who are supposed to have good potential.

Delac, Davilla, Thorgan Hazard, Affane are some that come to mind.

Essien I could see the idea behind letting him go out on loan at the start of the season, but to Real, who are well stocked for midfielders? And then selling off other CMs? Crazy dealing by Roman, or whoever was behind it.

Injuries to Mikel and Ramires and suddenly Chelsea are in the position of having to play two midfielders who aren't natural pivot players with no backup at all. It's a very tricky situation right now.

Personally I would have never let Essien go, if anything Romeu would have gone on loan with a recall ability. However, Jose rarely does anything for no reason, so when a man like him comes calling for Essien, it doesn't matter how little you know about football, you turn him down. Because he is clearly seeing some use, and if he can see it, you need to keep that player.

Been doing a bit of stat research as you do and came up with this. Both Robbie and Rafa have been in charge for 12 Premier League games this season and here is how they compare.

Robbie: 7 wins, 3 draws and 2 defeats. 24 goals scored and 13 conceded. 24 points.
Rafa: 6 wins, 4 draws and 3 defeats. 25 goals scored and 11 conceded. 22 points

As you can see their records are quite similar and only two points difference but there is one thing you have to take into consideration. Robbie faced Arsenal and Spurs away as well as Utd at home in his 12 games. Rafa has only faced Man City and Arsenal with both being at home.

Even with these stats aside Rafa was bought in for one reason and one reason only, to get Torres scoring again! So lets see how many Premier League goals Torres has scored in each of these 12 games.

Robbie: 4 goals
Rafa: 3 goals

You also have to balance that Rafa is playing with a side whose approach has already been figured out buy the teams around him.

Should Robbie have been sacked? No. But once he was Rafa needed to be backed, that didnt happen either.

Also Rafa's job should never have been about Torres, that was foolish to the extreme on the clubs point. Rafa should have been given one job only: fix the 4-2-3-1. Given that he is an absolute specialist at it, it amazes me the club didnt do this. The funny thing is, if he fixes the 4-2-3-1, a side effect might actually have been better performances from Torres.

Carl, Rafa is such a specialist, that had he been given what he needed, he would have the ability to haul in City, and maybe even United.

He has the same players as Robbie and Robbie still learning his trade managed something most managers can only dream of. He didn't have the squad needed to make this formation work either. Appointing a man hated with a passion by supporters is a joke. I suspect maybe not with you personally but if he was named Utd managed one day i suspect the reception will be near the same.

I hope Abramovich regret sacking Di Matteo.

Edit: Actually I hope he regret most of his sackings, expect AVB.

Don't worry guys, Benitez will go for it in the 2nd half, Azpilicueta will come on for another defender.

P.S #rafaout
