And here is where the Jacko vs every other ****** starts!!! Cheers Rafa!!!

Actually the fans are supporting the team, chanting about him and supporting the team are two completely different things. On the one occasion Torres got booed by home support (Swansea at home) it was a game which didn't sell well because of games either side of it and went on general sale which a lot of plastic/tourists got hold of (not the proper supporters). This was proven in the next home game when Torres came on to an applause and lots of cheering, also has not had any more abuse since then (all games since then sold out).

He took the job for well knowing it was short term, if he wasn't sure the title was "interim" then that is not our fault in the slightest and he should look at himself and/or his agent. You can tell he is absolutely losing the plot when he says "it's just to say to everyone that he was in Liverpool and then just in case we will put interim and then wash our hands". Seriously what the **** are you going on about you deluded old man! Chelsea fans didn't want you because we believe you aren't a great manager and you slated our fans, the fact you used to manage Liverpool is pretty low down on the list why we didn't want you.

Goes on to name his titles won 9 over all stating he has won everything possible, erm what about the Premier League my friend, back in what 09 was it? Started to lose the title the day he cracked then too didn't he?

Also to say the fans will have to take blame if we don't make CL is just a complete joke! So when we win games that's down to the fans too is it? I have proven time and time again that the fans chanting songs at him has absolutely nothing to do with players performances.

Sorry but the man is absolutely deluded, nothing is ever his fault trying to blame others and always talking about his past. All this is what some people would call "scouse delusion", seems as if he has caught the bug (i fully understand not all Liverpool fans are like this but a massive part are).

Scouse Delusion ??, so what your basically saying most liverpool fans never blamed themselves but others ?

I agree that it's pointless moaning about the "interim" title because that's what he is Robbie and Guus were known as the same but tbh he has got a point the fans are wasting their time singing anti Rafa chants and making Rafa out banners cause he will be gone in the summer regardless of what happens its not as if Roman has tied him down to a 4-5 year contract and announced he will see out the contract also I agree with Rafa booing and singing these anti chants can have an affect on the players we just need to get behind the team for the rest of the season hope we finish in a CL place and maybe pick up the europa league and/or FA cup on the way then see who we bring in Come the summer and look forward to next season.

But we don't like the man full stop so how else can we air our discomforts? Write it down in a letter and send it to him? I also don't agree that the anti rafa chanting and/or booing(which hasn't happened) has effected the players performances.

Or you know, just keep it to yourselves for the sake of the club.

And how have you proven that it has no effect? IIRC, all you've shown is that you won X game when there was chanting, and lost Y when there was none. Correlation doesn't mean causation.

And another example, the booing worked soooo well for Blackburn.

So airing our discomforts at the manager/board not the team is effecting the team? Erm i don't think so some how.

How would you feel playing or working for someone who the majority of stakeholders make it clear they hold him in complete contempt and have no respect for?

And just because it happened to one side doesn't mean it will happen for another side. First of all the booing/chanting is not aimed at any players, once with Torres (which was wrong) but that was it.

QPR at home no booing/anti Rafa chants until final whistle. Lost 1-0.
Southampton away Anti Rafa chants very vocal from min 1-90.
Southampton at home 2-0 up and cruising at half time. Drew 2-2, did the boos/chants start when 2 up?
Reading away 2-0 up late on, drew 2-2. Did the boos/chants start while 2 up?

As i keep saying when this argument comes up the booing/chanting is too irregular to the results/performances wouldn't you think? Unless you think players who are playing okay and winning a game comfortably start thinking "the fans might boo and sing bad songs about my manager in a minute" (performance instantly drops).

I wouldn't take a job which i knew for well i would be hated and slated week in week out in the first place. The only reason i would is if i majorly desperate. He should have seen this coming, if not then he is more stupid than i thought he was and/or was badly advised.

Was the main point.

No one is saying booing is going to automatically make you lose games. Are you going to have motivation to play the whole game for someone who the fans have clearly given you no reason to respect? Probably not. Are you going to listen meticulously to his instructions? Probably not. How often have people said how much a great atmosphere lifts a team? Why do you think the inverse isn't true?

Great atmospheres can very well lift sides but so can being backed into a corner and made to feel its us vs the world which is a trait Chelsea have had for a long time. If players don't want to play for a manager its not because of how the fans have reacted towards him. The are there own person and its quite clear Rafa cannot motivate these players. Constantly picking questionable 11's and poor subs at bad times makes the players minds up themselves mate.

I am not a huge fan of Rafa myself but I don't see what benefits us Chelsea fans will get from singing these Rafa chants? Clearly Rafa and the board realise he isn't liked by the fans so why bother repeating the same thing to them every week? I'd rather sing chants and hold up banners that encourage and show support to our players rather then show our hatred for Rafa.

You don't get through to people by not repeating something. I totally see your point and if i had the choice between signing an anti Rafa chant or signing a players name i would always 100% take the latter and did only last Thursday. But the loudest and most vocal get heard, always.

We'll never agree on this, so I'll just leave it on this: Please do keep it up, I think I speak for all non-Chelsea fans when I say your utter implosion this season has brought extra entertainment to the season, and please drive him out, because a Rafa led Chelsea given full backing by board and fans would scare me a lot more as a United fan than pretty much anyone else who would actually be stupid enough to take the job.

Maybe so, but the thing you struggle to understand is that Rafa dislikes Chelsea and Chelsea dislike Rafa. Was never a good fit, go be a "good" manager elsewhere. I have my doubts he will ever manage a top side to any sort of glory again.

I like how nowadays Jose's old "us versus the world" mentality is more "Chelsea versus themselves, and just see how amusingly they can do it".

Nailed it.

Year ago i thought they might actually be on the way to start looking like a serious, professionaly run club that relentlessly works on long term goals.

Biggest success in history, thoughtful (at first) transfers focused on building young squad for the future, very good chance of Guardiola arriving.

Within couple of months they managed to implode down to the level of crazy bilionare playground, with flimsy support, in the summer i completely expect another round of rararararara lets buy 15 more attacking players.

Its as hilarious as it is sad.

Yeah it would may have worked if Di Matteo was not sacked prematurely and replaced by someone who was hated by the fans and someone who i believe is no longer a top coach. Also flimsy support! Do me a favour, these supporters are ones who spend their living on getting to away games every other week. If there is someone at the club who shouldn't be there then they have the right to air it!

You said he couldn't do something from nothing, and he did.

Haha just heard what Rafa had to say. Absolute legend. He's also 100% spot on, by the way.
