An article was published on the official premier league website confirming Jose's return to Chelsea and than was removed minutes later. I think one of the website editors got a bit too excited ha.

Edit: the article had the date of June 3rd on it so guessing the article was written for Monday but accidentally posted early.

Real President Perez confirms Mourinho will definitely rejoin Chelsea!!!!!!!

Y'know, if there was one manager in the world who i thought wouldn't return to a club that sacked him it would be Mourinho. Minus man points, Jose.. Hopefully he will surprise us and join Arsenal. (;

Man Utd fans acting like they wouldn't have creamed their pants if Mourinho had decided to join them instead... Typical

I think people can still say what they like about the Rafa boo boys and hate chants but maybe its done more good that you think. If Jose does come back as expected then this would be Roman admitting probably for the first time in his life that he was wrong. This would mean he actually listened to the fans reaction since appointing Rafa and is doing something the fans want. What i will say is that if this goes all pete tong and the fans cannot complain if the club go and do something they don't agree with next time.

I think people are reading far too much into this last season with Madrid and that is clouding his actual achievements with Madrid and his other 3 sides. This season has been very poor for Jose and for Madrid including Casillas who reacted badly when he was playing poorly. Take Lampard for instance, when he was injured/not playing well towards xmas time he was not playing and talks of him not getting a new contract was high. He worked his absolute bollocks off when he did get minutes and in the end was again undroppable towards the end of the season. He didn't whine about it or try and turn fellow players against Rafa. At the end of the day regarding Jose sensational jobs - poor jobs he is 3-1 up.

Think again.

And where would these problems be that you speak of?
Abramovich? Think if he decided to sack Mourinnho for a second time plenty of Chelsea fans will be off to B&Q to buy some rope.
Abramovich's temperament.

Mourinho is world class, no doubt about that.

My take on Roman is totally different to anyone else's. You can see that he is not really a hands on owner, he is not here 100% of the time. He employs people he trusts to take care of the day to day running of the club i.e Gourlay, Buck and Emenalo and they report back to him. I genuinely don't think he would have pushed ahead with the Rafa appointment if he was so involved in day to day affairs and i think the anti Rafa stuff that went on actually made him sit up and take note that he needs to be more involved. Him hiring back someone who he previously sacked is a massive step forward for Roman, basically admitting he was wrong and that is reason to be positive in my opinion.

I think it's more an admission of him being out of ideas than him actually being "wrong". Could even suggest he is actually getting quite bored, who knows.

Probably because many wouldn't have...

H'es a split figure between the fans, and indeed the club. There are very good reasons why he was never even considered for the United job.

Its done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally i can rest. Absolutely buzzing for next season like never before! Well done to all the big wigs at CFC, you listened.
