such a poor game, seriously havent created anything. does anyone have a stat on how many long balls were attempted by david luiz?

18 attempted 13 successful according to whoscored.

Really bad game offensively. Newcastle played well but I expected a lot more going forward.
 
Just to let Chelsea fans know sports direct are doing a great deal on all three of this seasons Chelsea shirts up until the 9th of November shirts are ?17 each rather than the 50 odd quid they usually are.
 
Just as I was starting to feel positive this happens! Must say we shot ourselves in the foot today by being far too sloppy. You keep giving the ball away against a premier league side and you eventually will be punished.

Too many players were not at the races today. Luiz, Lampard, Ramires and Oscar for me were very poor.

I personally feel we won't play that poorly again this season. Onwards and upwards and ill be there to see us hopefully get back on track Wednesday night! UTC!

Bet a load of people are purchasing loads to sell on for a nice profit! Find it abit random though sports direct have done this deal on just Chelsea shirts why no other clubs?

Maybe Mike Ashley felt sorry for beating us at the weekend and felt he would give us all a treat?
 
So who do you all think will start against schalke? Reports Mourinho will axe quite a few players after the Newcastle performance but why do I get the feeling it will just be the regulars he has picked on this season like mata, Luiz etc and his golden boys Lampard and Cole will keep their places? Really don't know what he has seen in picking cole and Lampard every week so far this season it is not hard to see Lampard does not suit our system to be playing week in week out and he also prevents Ramires from playing at his best! Also I think Bertrand did more in one game the other week than cole all season and I believe Ryan deserves a run of games.

I hope he makes some changes, totally agree that Bertrand deserves a run of games and whenever we have seen him he has never let us down. If i was picking the side i would go with Cech, Brana, JT, Cahill, Bertrand, Ramires, Mikel, Schurrle, Oscar, Willian and Torres.
 
Ways i know it's November: Your heating goes on. It gets darker earlier. You start buying Xmas presents and i get another year older (November 11th for anyone asking). Oh and Chelsea are ****!!!!! Here is a breakdown of results won, lost and drawn in November since 2004.


Won 47.6% of our games, the lowest game playing month.
Drawn 27.12% of our games, the 2nd highest after December but to remember we play more games in December than any other month.
Lost 25.42% of our games, the 2nd highest after February.


So stats back this up 100%, in recent times Chelsea are well and truly ***** in November. Anyone have any theories, seems to frequent to be coincidence surely?
 
One thing I hate about Chelsea is the ****** prices! Just went on the website to book tickets for palace at home next month and prices of tickets left are 70 quid each! **** paying that will just do an away game close to that date instead.

It's insane. By the time you've factored in a couple of pints and a bit of food you're easily pushing ?100. I only live 15 mins away from the ground but there's no way I can afford to do that regularly so I end up watching most games at home or in my local. Stupid really :-/

Luckily for me travel to get there is easy closest train station 2 minutes away goes straight through to Fulham Broadway but as you say food and drink prices aren't cheap in and around the ground so I usually end up spending quite abit whenever I go. Am going tomorrow nights game as it goes but cause tickets go on general sale I got an under 18 ticket for 15 quid haha luckily don't look my age so get away with it :)
