I'm not trying to argue whether roman is right or not, or whether the likes of AVB were good enough. My point is that Roman is ruthless. Jose will get more than your average, because he is so good, but as we saw the first time, Roman will you loose if you don't deliver. The club should back Jose, you're not going to get a better manager than him. But we know what Roman is like.I think its fair to say "didn't give you time" but all the stuff coming out of the club this season is pointing to stability, Jose has full say in the market which is massively important and rare.

No. He would have survived a trophy-less season if he gave the team some identity and sense of stability which he was unable to provide. RDM might have survived if he wasn't so clueless tactically.
