He's not even a shadow of the player he was at Liverpool. But maybe he's happy he's on the bench for a squad that has bought all their trophy's. Shows what type of player he really is.

Yeah he is a player who didn't want to be at a club who have spent 300 mil in recent years to win a capital one cup.

Except its not really that constructive, is it? Hazard was to blame for the first goal , really? Terry played with injury, he had head up his *** during the cross...and its Hazard's fault. And I guess Terry also selected himself into the squad.

But hey, I guess you're completely fine with potentially using your two best players within a year, based solely on the assumption that Mourinho is God.

Brilliant.

Terry fell over and he was in his position, Cole got dragged inside and Juanfran was Hazard's man simple as that. In the written press Jose's did back Hazard and Jose always backs his players no matter what so this is 100% a challenge to Hazard. Just a week before Mata left he was praising him saying he has a role to play so for him to say something against one of his players its out of the ordinary so there is an interior motive.

And if your still going on about Mata being out best player then yeah he was last season but the new way we are playing doesn't suit him so why stick with him? Utd have played him out wide too and to what effect? Hazard won't leave this summer not a chance.

He wasn't the shadow of a player in the 6 months prior to joining us so it wasn't us who ruined him. And you get 3 types of players in my eyes. 1) The loyal one who will stick with a club no matter what i.e Matt LeTissier. 2) The money grabber, playing first choice elsewhere but goes somewhere he has no chance of playing for a pay rise i.e Scott Sinclair or 3) The trophy hunter, wants to end his career with the most medals possible and Torres falls into that bracket as does Van Persie.

Makes sense. I guess.

You lot are blind if you think Torres didn't ruin his career by moving to Chelsea. Admittedly he wasn't at his best with us due to injuries but he was back on scoring form that season. And I think scored 2 in his last game for us?

Has Torres scored 2 goals for you lot in a single league game yet?

Scored twice vs Schalke, Rubin Kazan, Genk and Leicster on cup games and Sunderland in the league. Also scored a hat-trick vs QPR in the league.

Hasn't ruined his career at all. No denying he should be scoring much more and of course I am sure he wishes he was going so but what he has learnt at Chelsea is to become a team player. Look at the amount of assists he has in a Chelsea shirt and the amount of goals he is heavily involved in but of course where he is a 50 mil striker those go unnoticed and he is only judged on his goals. Torres has been a pretty good player for Chelsea but of course just hasn't been worth no where near the fee paid for him.

As painfully bad as Torres is in the league, he has a knack for scoring important goals in Europe.

...a successful one? ;)

By objective measures, yeah, but I am not sure if he feels succesful by his own standards.

When I watch his body language and facial expressions, the term 'severely constipated' comes to mind.

Still not as stuffed as his trophy cabinet!

If anything ruined Torres, it was Liverpool continually playing him on battered hamstrings, while being lied to about targets while Liverpool fans jibed at him because they couldn't bear to realise their club could be in the wrong (see also: Reina)

How can you be lied to about targets? You mean they failed the targets. Which was fair enough. But weeks earlier he said he wasn't going anywhere. He said he's got 4 years left on his contract and that is how long he will remain a Liverpool player. He had all summer to leave but did it at the end, which meant we had to find a replacement. Andy ******* Carroll was that replacement, apparently.

What do you mean by jibe? Do you mean while he was still at the club?

Yeah definitely. He rarely smiles and when he does it's like a 'aww, he can still smile after all'.

Average-okay season for me, there were improvements and we see where the problem lies.

It's not the best obviously, but better than last. Hence, improvement.

I don't see it better than last in all honesty. We will be finishing third just like last season but this time without a trophy to make up a little for the disappointing league season.

We almost reached the CL final, last season we were fighting for Europa League. I mean, it's not a disaster ya'know?

Ofcourse not but the one thing that has really ****** me off was Mourinho only chasing a pretty much impossible to sign Wayne Rooney all summer when there were both falcao and Cavani up for grabs.
