And if any of these players don't make the grade or get chances with us we will sell them for an immense profit finding another way around FFP ;)

Or just lend them to United, most of them would be needed atm in our midfield hahaha.

You do realise that your club brought Scholes out of retirement and played Park Ji Sung and Rafael in midfield instead of giving Pogba a good look in right?

Yeh.. but that's SAF biggest mistake, he's done plenty before so we'll let him off just this once.

But they have about 10 CM's already hahahaha, it's just a bit silly to me. But then again, Jose can't take chances this season I suppose so in that sense... yes... for the players like Van Ginkel, Chalobah and all the rest, terrible.

This is why you shouldn't talk about clubs' youth prospects if your only knowledge of them is from websites and tabloid snippets. McEachran has not matured at all, which is painful for me to say as I really rated him. All he can do is pass, and his lack of positioning awareness makes him completely unsuitable for any PL team, yet alone Chelsea. Chalobah is also not good enough to be in the first team. He can dominate lower league teams and the youth games, but when we gave him a step up last year with a better loan he showed that he needs more time to develop.

Van Ginkel looks set to get his chance. I can't see why on earth you think he won't: he was going to get it last year before he was injured.

McEachran was a few years back looking a real good prospect, I fail to believe it's all down to him now how it all went wrong, CJACKO admittedly said if Ancelotti remained it may of been different Chelsea did contribute to his downfall.

It was massively down to himself mate, he the potential. Carlo did play him but stopped suddenly for some reason.

When a player's greatness weaknesses are his frailty (something he can sort out by himself) and his defensive positioning (something he has been coached on intensively) you have to start wondering how much more the club can do. His loans have all been specifically done to help his iron out these flaws, the club have invested a lot of time and effort into helping him and unfortunately it hasn't worked so far. What more can we do?

Its a massive shame mate because when he burst onto the scenes i couldn't believe what i was seeing, Chelsea made this type of player! He split from the girl now and latest i heard is that he is asking Chelsea to pay for his Spanish lessons as he wants to go on loan to a side in the Spanish second division. I hope he does and i'll respect him if he does that, not enough British players do.

I loved watching him play. Shame it hasn't worked out for him.

After watching our first pre-season game the other night they spoke to Steve Holland pre-game and they asked him about Chalobah at CB as he started there. Holland said "its a forced move because lack of players at the moment, Jose see's him as a CM and will try him there this pre-season".

Okie doke then. Interesting. Still too young to even get near the Chelsea squad obviously.

And and and the new Croatian mid they just bought Pasalic? Got like 10 CM's :P

Well... at least I can say Jones has been getting game time... somewhat sporadically and out of position but still.

Pasalic is an attacking midfielder, is 19, has never played a competitive game in English football and is incredibly inexperienced. It would be like United immediately starting Guillermo Varela last season. Chelsea have six CMs that can play in the pivot, one of whom is likely off and two of whom aren't likely to play every game there. That leaves you with three specialists. So yeah, it's a great move. Now stop.

Jones has been getting game time since he arrived, but he's entirely plateaued, not least because United play him everywhere.

Hahahahaha oh ****

On paper they may have plenty, but Mikel is probably going to be shipped off, Van Ginkel and Romeu barely played professional football in last season and Ramires can get a red card at any given time. That doesn't leave you with a lot of quality replacements.

And if there is one man to fix it... Louis Van Gaal ladies and gentleman.

Daaaaaaaamn

Don't listen, you know at the end of the day Pogba is good player but no one can deny there was more to it than just Fergie doing that, he claims it was after he'd already spoken to Juventus with his agent... and to be quite honest I trust Fergie more.

Plus not to mention Pogba is GOOD don't get me wrong, but no way in hells chance is he suddenly worth £60m.

Those red-tinted glasses make you look weird.

The same guy who played Daley Blind in three separate positions during one World Cup? Mkay.

It's a World Cup? De Jong got injured, so did De Guzman I believe. He had to shift over to cover the position... not like he had much of a choice.
