Expect punishment for Ivanovic for his shenanigans.

Edit-forgot he got a yellow so he'll get away with it. Ignore that-forgot. I did laugh on twitter though when some noob thought it was a campaign against Chelsea if he had of got punished.

Deserved win. We should have got a penalty as well. Especially important because I feel City will be going on a winning run once Toure comes back
 
Also Zouma again impressed, Lukaku was well and truly in his pocket... Except for that one shot he got off, but Cech pulled off a fantastic save.
 
As i'm up at 4 tomorrow and believed to be working away for a couple of weeks i'll write my little quick report now.


Tonight was one of them games where i believe titles are won, we struggled to create any real proper chances but absolutely bossed possession. Cuadrado impressed in spells not a bad debut at all, Willian looked very busy and his winner was well hit indeed he needs to deliver more of that!


For me Hazard was his usual exceptional self, Matic an absolute tank and Kurt Zouma not fazed at all by Lukaku putting in so many tackles and blocks. What impresses me most about Zouma is his recovery speed, he will get beat but that's fine because he WILL get back and recover, he is some youngster.


But my last point needs to be saved for one person the man who won us the game. When the final whistle bellowed around the Bridge Jose Mourinho came strutting out into the pitch shouting "Pete, Pete" because he knew Cech's save was absolute vital. That save for me was up there with his one against Javier Hernandez and easily the best i have seen so far this season. It is a match winning save simple as that.

Chelsea need to sell Cech. Because of.....reasons..yeah

Be interesting to see if anything happens to Brana because plenty of people are saying he should be banned, I don't know if it's me but it does seem as though if one of our players does anything "bad" it's highlighted a lot more by pundits etc than other clubs players.

Don't know what Martinez is on about though saying Everton deserved to win, he needs to take his rose-tinted glasses off.

We deserved a point at best-we started to come into it later on. But Barry getting sent off didn't help a jot. But I'm surprised Chelsea didn't get a pen

Was never such a big outcry when Pearson put his hands around a players neck or when Van Persie threw around he elbows too much last week ....

Now I'm not buying into this "campaign" against us thing, but I'd put money on the fact that if Mourinho did what Pearson did he'd be facing some sort of touchline ban or fine from the FA.

Neither am I buying into this campaign stuff but let's face it, the FA are incredibly inconsistent and certainly seem to be influenced by how much of an issue the media makes the incident

Hazard has signed a new five-and-a-half year contract to keep him at the Bridge until 2021, I guess Mourinho bought that new pen then.

So glad the deal has finally been signed though, Hazard is absolutely vital to our future and is clear Ballon d'Or material.

We score a late winner in a game that could be huge in the title race yet all the media are talking about is ivanovic. Was the same with Costa after the coc semis. It's a shame they didn't speak so much about sterling punching a Swansea player or rvp elbowing Tomkins.
