Did the Brazillian and the Croatian come through your youth setup? because they can't leave thier country until they are 18.....

Doesn't even look FMRTE'ed imo. I think there are around 3 regens on my save that have a similar set of attributes, although I have yet been able to obtain them, as they play for much bigger teams than myself.

This, the sea of blue makes it look worse than it is.
Few seasons in and you'll start to see one or two players like this that have 14-15 for a huge amount of stats, considering he's 25 now he's most likely either at max potential or very close to it anyway.
 
There are some great players there, but how did you manage to get so many 14 year olds? I usually struggle to find players at that age, especially so many good ones! And how did you manage to get South American kids at that age?

Either came through his own teams youth or they have dual citizenship with an EU country.

Doesn't matter, if they are under-18 and the rule is they can't move until they're 18, then they don't...whatever their secondary nationality.....

it is the OLT facepack, you can probably search it on the SI community to find it because that the place i found it...
 
Some of the best from my current side and ones i've agreed to sign. Daniel Belen is unbelievable. Cost me all of my transfer budget and more in my 2nd season, but has been well worth it.

Can someone help me train these regens and even the younger players?, i have a 5* potential cb and want to improve and get him into the first team.
