If you mean do these nationalities of players occur in your team then no unless you have an affiliated team in a foreign country sometimes a player will come from their, however you can sign other teams regens from leagues you have chose to play, these occur in teams in leagues you have not chose to play but at a reduced rate as your not playing them divisions in a high detail, so if you want a brazilian regen and you don't have a brazilian affiliate and your not a brazilian team, wait till their regen date then go to their teams look at their u18's and there will be players waiting to be signed onto their teams youth, you can wait till they've signed contracts and buy them or sign them before they accept contracts usually 1-2 days and pay compensation fee's.

Composure I'd say, and depending on his role maybe places shots as I find that tends to add a few goals.

Don't waste time training his composure,mental stats develop much easily as he grows older. Best bet would be,imo, quickness as if he was quick he'd be a much more complete striker.

these guys are some of the best on my save. I signed Botelho for £20 million after trying to sign him for 3 years.

Started a homegrown youth only save with Ajax and my intake at the start of the second season gifted me this guy. He's been tearing it up in the first team, honestly the first player in a while (since James Rodriguez for my West Brom in FM12) that's made my jaw drop. Been having trouble with my young team away in the Champion's League, so hoping by next year he (alongside Eriksen and Fischer/Andersen) is enough to carry me through.
