With those stats @ that age, he'll make it.. u need to watch him carefully.. i'll suggest you give him some run outs with cup matches when he turns 18 or 19
 
i loaned this guy at the beggining of the season with a option to buy at 3.5 mill, anyway he scored a bag load of goals as a CB so i bought nim in jan. he has scored 17 goals in 26 games, i know right. i have 2 full backs with 18 and 17 long throws and have tought them both to do a flat bullet throw or whatever its called, i also put him at near post for corners as well as throws. i suppose with that service and being 6ft 8 u are guna score goals.

he is also the divisions 4th top scorer with the top scorer on 19, only 2 in front! its crazy.

My first contribution to the FM13 regen thread (Yes, It's taken me a while to get FC Halifax to the Premiership) & it comes in the shape & form of my centre back Gianni Bernard. Or the Belgium Beast as I like to call him. I check the regen intake date for every country religiously but for some strange reason I managed to miss Mr Bernard when he came up through the ranks at Standard Liege, so I therefore had to pay £28million for his services from his previous club, Everton. At 6"8 with heading & jumping at 20, he doesn't lose much in the air! 8-|

The development of a guy i got from Maribor at 16 yrs old for £1mil. Still gotta a star potential fulfil and is already handy
 
Unbelievable talent bought from Benfica for £37.5million. Normally refrain from spending these types of amounts on players, but had to sign him when I could otherwise he could've slipped away. Noticed him first when he was 19 playing for Pachuca but couldnt obtain his services due to the work permit stumbling block. But his improvement in 2 seasons has been immense. Will be one of the best players I've ever had on any game I'd imagine.

Your not always guaranteed to get good regens coming through even with the best facilities. You need a good youth recruitment network, good scouts to find the youngsters and also affiliates for expanding your pool of young players. If you have all of these and still not getting good youngsters then their is not a lot more you can do i'm afraid.

These trio are untouchable for many years to come in the central midfield! My best ever midfield trio (regen) ..so far!

Bought Janssen from Stuttgart - £500k/17 years old, Tunney from Man United - £23m/18, and Lukac from Olympiakos - £14.5m/21 [FONT=arial, sans-serif](been monitoring him since he was 18 but he was average, 2 years later somehow he took something and become one of the best young CDM in the game).[/FONT]

These are some of the young starlets of my current FC Porto team which is on track to be the most successful of all time!!

Araujo was bought for 13.25 million, which at the time was my record transfer in 2015. He is my main man up front topping the goal scoring charts each year in the league and being the 2nd best player in the world every year behind Messi, which im sure is a fix.

Morales was bought for 9 million from Sao Paulo when he got transfer listed by request when he was 21, he is a beast in midfield and has still not fulfilled his potential.

Marcal came through my youth system and is a very good technical player in my midfield and my Portugal team also.

Castillejos was bought just last year after I sold Fierro and Ademilson to Zenit for a combined fee of 73 million for 7.25 million from Atlas which I thought was an absolute steal!

Elio was bought when he was 18 on a free transfer after being released by Ceara and now is showing the ability that he is going to be a world beater in the advanced playmaker role.

Britos cost me 3.2 million at 18 years old and is possibly the best 20 year old Anchor man ive ever seen in the game! He rarely lets anyone through to my defence and since 18 has been playing in the anchor man role ahead of Fernando who I eventually sold when he hit 30 to PSG for 14 million.
