haha, in my defence, Perkins and Keane are both my own youth products, Lemaire from Chelsea, and Capolupo from River. A grand total of 3m spent. Totally worth it. Plus, being the England manager playing 3 up front, it's really beneficial as I can ensure they reach their full potential.

Played him every week at 16 years old, it said he was near his full potential at 18. Screenshots were taken a day before his birthday.
 
Haven't posted since FM12, but I just got FM13 and I have to say the regens in this edition are sick. A scout found this guy while scouting for new talent in China and I nabbed him for a $2.5m (1.8m Euro) transfer fee:

It's hilarious that he's already better than my entire defensive unit at 19. Next, is a first year product of my club's youth academy:

Hopefully, it'll only take a year or 2 for him to crack first team on the league's last place team (Ha... I wish I were joking). Also, put in a transfer for a model professional to tutor both of them. Can't wait to see them patrolling the defensive box together when all is said and done.

I've also got the 1st and 4th overall picks in the 2014 MLS Superdraft to look forward to.

Nothing wrong with these players. Yeah they might have one or two 17s and 18s littered around at age 16 but not across the board like the previous Regen!
 
I wouldn't take too much notice of the guy above ^. If you look back through the previous page others who have good regens have also been accused of cheating.

As Raikan said, if you know how to develop youth well then they can turn out to be amazing. It's the main reason I play FM nowadays.
