Dude, occasionally someone might get one such player per save per 10 years - you've got 3.5, so either you're ridiculously lucky or something's fishy IMO (FMRTE, FMScout, whatever...). Get over it.

FYI: People are boasting for way more insignificant reasons on the internet...

Yeah, I'm in 2039! Holidayed the first ten years or so, then took charge of a random club in the BSN and took Harrogate to the Premiership. Left for Bayern, then Valencia, then came back in a return of the King sort of thing 6 years ago. They had gone down then come back up after I left, so when I took over again the squad needed a bit of improvement. Got 6th first season, so I signed him as a 16 y/o who was at a pretty average Italian club and jumped to play under a World Class reputation manager. Had to pay pretty big bucks for him, initial fee of £6m which rose to £15.25m if he did well (which he did). Scored goals for fun in his 6 years, even considered retraining him to be a striker so I could play my other Italian playmaker off the striker!

Played him as much as i could, and made him a semi-regular at 16. Also had him tutored which i reckon helps quite a bit, despite that i agree his development is ridiculous and he hasnt stopped yet. Unfortunately i dont play with inside forwards with Verona, but hes doing a decent enough job as one of two strikers.
 
Decided to experiment a little and split my current Liverpool save in two. I decided to leave Liverpool, and promptly got offered the Bayern job. I found this gem sitting in the youth team.

Looks quite promising mate. Split my Liverpool save in 2 too at the end of my 20th season, got offered the Real Madrid job within a fortnight. The idiot who took over at Liverpool destroyed my squad in 3 transfer windows, so I had to go back to that save.
 
Is it just me or are there very few good regen goalkeepers in this game. I don't think I've come across 1 in any of my saves who is world class, bearing in mind I play most of the save until mid 2020s. I had a promising German (of course) in an Atletico Madrid save but didn't play on.

Got any screenshots of some of the keepers in your game? Might be able to see some potential in my game if I know what the finished product looks like!

Boyes is my keeper, got him from Middlesbrough at 16, cannot believe how good he is, but his weakness is apparently injury proneness (only had 2 injuries for me though..). I had Zak Potter and sol him to Newcastle and Begovic is on loan from me, the other keepers are outstanding in my opinion too.

Boyes looks amazing. Just looking at his attributes, I bet he's brilliant at stopping penalties.

That he does. - Aah sucks mate... Benitez (Who was just sacked from Bayern a day or two before I took over) got the Liverpool job, and already started destroying my team with some crappy signings. So I quite know how you feel lol.
