I didn't really do anything special to help him develop, I didn't even do any specific attribute training, I just let him develop. All I really did was get my senior players to tutor him, and when he wasnt progressing I would boot him up the ****.

19 header, 17 tackling, 17 long throws, 18 marking, 13 technique, 16 work rate, 17 positioning, 18 team work, and the only weak physical attribute is 11 acceleration

I was going to go through and give a short sentence about each but realized the post would be huge and didn't want to annoy anyone with a huge first message. What I would say is, look out for De Paoli, Dirieh, Mesaric and Haidara. These are world class or will be world class very soon. I think the biggest disappointment is Henriquez. 6 for creativity is such a let down, just look at the rest of his stats - if creativity was better he would be perfect.

I have some regens that'll beat his stats when they get to 27.. even @ 21-22 yrs they are close to his stats. I dont want to imagine their stats when they get to even 25yrs.. am training them well.. i'll upload their SS in a few then you can judge. rather unfortunate Barcelone will get of them for free. I didnt wanna give him the wage he wanted & he kept complaining of 1st team soccer @ 19yrs.. that idiot.. lol

Here you go.. am very sure my regens will beat him all round when they get to his age. they have age advantage and am their trainer :P rather unfortunate Alfredo is heading to Barca. well will be nice to see how he develops as well cos he'll get more time than had he extended his contract. :(
 
How do you guys think these guys will develop too..? am sure in a few years, i'll have an unbeatable team.. looking forward to it.. Great regens. Never did any special thing too though. tutored and gave them some playing time. some on loan as well. others went out till they got a work permit from croatia (2 yrs)
 
I'm sick of seeing so many bald regens!!! It's really doing my nut in, does anyone know what to delete in the documents to get rid of the bald hairstyle? See a class regen and they're ******* bald.

Yeah I think so. :) I can't remember, I installed mine as soon as FM13 came out haha! I don't see that many bald regens in my games these days.
