I would go for 7 Million but in some games he has a good potential so I would go for 8m or 9m if you feel lucky.

Depends if you need money up front or not. You're United so chances are, you don't, but I'd personally sell to Villa if you want to offload him. Not really comfortable giving Wenger more youth players to develop into class players.

If I were you, I'd reject both and hold onto him. If you keep playing him and he keeps developing, if teams are already asking £15 million or so, they'll be knocking on your door for £18 - £20 million. So, no deal.
 
Lukaku??

Managing Machester City, 2009-2010 season. Anderlecht asked for 22 mil for Lukaku. is he worth it? I know he is decent. but got cardozo for 14 mil. also, how much is okay if i wanna get Jack Wilshere?

If it's 10.3 patch, I say yes, eventhough that is quite steep, but seriously on that patch he develops into pretty much the best striker on the game. Wilshere, I'm not sure about.

Deal for Cardozo.
Don't buy Wilshere since you are Man city, There are alot of better options.

Try asking more than 10mil. Lower than that no deal for me.

No deal. Lukaku can be easily captured for less than £15 million if you play it right.

Tap him up to get him on your favored personnel list. Monitor his progress making sure than no other clubs are interested or could gazump you. When he's about 20 or so, he'll reject a contract and demand a move 9 times out of 10. Snap him up for the price of a ice cream bar. I know it's 4 years down the road but just be patient and develop who you have for the time being.

I've used that method twice to get him on my Chelsea save and my Manchester City save. Got him on a free for Chelsea (very lucky) and only paid about £10 million to buy out his contract from Belgium.
