My FM10 doesnt work, any help? When I want to accept a bid or make a bid the button isn't there to do it! Same for press conferences , i cant do them or decline them so it doesnt let me continue, also the last time I went to start a game it would only let me go with Man United, no other teams could be selected , really enjoy the game aswell so hopin someone knows how to fix this, thanks!

Hello I have a problem with my Football Manager in general.

All of my saves have been disappearing starting with my Ipswich game, no explanation. And then the SI folder disappeared. It was there in the morning and now it is gone, it is out of my hands obviously I cannot get the saves back but in future I would like them to stay. Can anyone help me, so annoying when I did nothing wrong. I have not been 2015 and it is so annoying.
 
Is it important to have coaches who have a big reputation to allow big players to come to your club?

Also, which is the correct order of reputations:

local < regional < national < continental
OR
local < national < regional < continental

EDIT: Also, apart from the coaching attributes, what mental traits are needed to get a higher coaching rating? AFAIK, it is determination, discipline and motivation.

Hi, is it normal that i can't get work permit for any non EU player in my Leeds Premier League save? I know that its based on real life, but i cant sign anyone.
I tried almost 50 times but it's hopeless. In real life, england clubs are normaly signing brazil or argentinian players etc, but i can't sign any. Work permit is never granted for them no matter what.

Is there a way to gain it? thanks

I think He needs to have played a minimum amount of games for his national team eg; under 21 , under 19 etc. Not sure though :P

local < regional < national < continental < worldwide

and the best stats for a coach depending on what type of coach you want are motivation and determination.
 
So there is no possible way to sign a non EU player if he is not playing (or played) in national team?

At first the work permit might be rejected for a non EU player but You can appeal and 9 times out of 10 I always sign the player once I have appealed.

I appeal every time of course, but it never works, transfer is always canceled even after appeal

It doesn't matter what the coaches reputation is as he could be an amazing coach but may be unknown. To attract world class players you need to have really good training facilities , Be a worldwide known club and have a really good squad.

I was worried because I am close to getting a 4 star coach for a slary of close to $1000 p/w :D

I do need to improve my training facilities though - mine are among the worst in the premier league. I have good youth facilities though.

You need motiving, determenation AND level of discipline which people forget. Those combined with the technical attributes will get you your ratings for coaching.
 
Hey Guy's me once again.

Bit of a question need help for my next season in the Premiership, I've just finished the 2013 season, managed to get Barnsley into the Premiership. (10.3 update)

All I'm really needing to know is just tips on how to stay in the Premiership, because I don't really want to go back to the championship.

This is my team ATM

I'm using Hodgson 442 away tactics, nothing has changed from the original.

My Stars are Tommy Hoiland (28 goals), Kenny Cooper (22 Goals), Nyatanga, Sadler.

As I said All i'm looking for is tips on what players I could pick up, I know I'll need a Keeper that can help in Prem games, just not sure elsewhere.

How are your finances?

If they aren't great which I believe they wouldn't be as compared to Premiership teams. Then I would look around for old GK preferably on sale or backups to some teams. Since they can hold down the defence for the season. I wouldn't change the defence at all especially if they speak the same language and have been playing together for a while since they need communication or they will let goals in easily.

Sorry that I can't help you with names since it's in 2013 and I've only reached 2012 in my game. But you could have a look at Almunia since he's a cheap GK that might not be getting chances in the First team. And is more than enough to avoid relagation.

Thanks for that, I'll have a look and yeah my budget is something like edit it's 12M, My Assistant is saying I need to get a back up Defender which I think I do, maybe a Midfielder too but not top of the list for that.

Thanks again, I'll take a note on the Keeper.

Helo, i'm new to this Forum. I wanna ask, i chose only England & Coca cola until EPL when i wanted to play, but now when i loaned my player to Spain or Italy, i can't seem to follow their match, even when i send scout to follow them, they only send back report when they are in International, anyway i can reset & put England, Spain & Italy?
 
No, you cannot change it.
I would reccomend puting Italy and Spain db's in next time

How do I loan players? I usually try and send my reserves out on loan (all are under 21), but half of them can't be loaned out because 'no club considers a loan deal viable', even when the players are hoping for a loan. So is there a way I can loan these players out?
